Radio Ga Ga - Bahrain GP

After a thrilling Bahrain Grand Prix we bring you the best radio soundbites from Sakhir, as Pastor Maldonado rediscovers the naughty step and Mercedes shows the pack how it is done.

"What on earth just happened there?"

After completing all 21 of his grand prix race starts before Bahrain, we can understand why Max Chilton found it so difficult to work out why his car was no longer on track during practice.

"Give me more power!!"….."We can't, Dani."

Daniil Kvyat gets a rather underwhelming response from Toro Rosso after delivering a line worthy of a villain in a Bond film.

"Sutil was f****** stupid on the out-lap. He was dangerous!"

Romain Grosjean gives us a glimpse of what is to come after a suspect piece of driving from Adrian Sutil during qualifying.

"Lotus guy, I don't know who it was, absolutely mental. That guy tried to kill me!"

But Jean-Eric Vergne confirms the French can also be aggressive when they want to be after Grosjean goes from victim to culprit in the race, giving us the first hint that something must be catching in the Lotus garage.

    "Woah, what was that!?

Not to be outdone by his team-mate, Pastor Maldonado tries to give the Mexican space programme a boost by launching Esteban Gutierrez out of Turn 1. Gutierrez's baffled response sums up how little he must have known about the crash.

"We're losing time like this. We need to decide what to do."

Daniel Ricciardo plucks up the courage to heavily imply Red Bull should move Sebastian Vettel out of the way after spending a little too long looking at the world champion's gear box.

"Ok Sebastian, let Daniel go through, please, Daniel is quicker."

Sebastian Vettel's race engineer Guillaume Rocquelin immediately gets on the radio to break the bad news to Ricciardo's team-mate, and issues a soundbite we imagine is currently the most played on Mark Webber's iPod.

"Either you are saying yes or not! I don't always understand you."

Kimi Raikkonen is back on top form over the airwaves as he makes it perfectly clear he is unimpressed with Ferrari's broadcasting skills.

"Lewis it's Paddy. Ten laps left to race. Let's just make sure we bring both cars home."

Paddy Lowe somehow manages to remove his heart from his mouth to give this advice to Hamilton, which he then repeats to Rosberg, as the safety car completes its final lap.

"You just concentrate on driving, mate"….."Just give me some feedback, don't leave me alone here!"

It is safe to say Nico Hulkenberg does not appreciate being left in the dark in the closing stages as he tries to hold off Daniel Ricciardo for long enough to ensure Sergio Perez gets a podium finish.

"I'd like someone to tell me this sport is boring!"

Nico Rosberg realises he has just been part of something quite special despite crossing the line behind team-mate Lewis Hamilton.

"You had us all going there for a minute, mate."

Hamilton gets a glimpse of the turmoil he put the pit wall through via race engineer Peter Bonnington's crackling voice after emerging victorious in his incredible personal duel with his team-mate.
