exactly what I was thinking, maybe we need to switch to a 2 stop strategy to factor in possile rain

Out of curiosity, why would Finnish fans not support Kimi. Bottas rivalry?

Its already starting to look dark over turns 8 and 9. By the time the barriers are repaired, who knows we can enter the rain phase!

Just saw Alonso's onboard, I'm afraid it was Kimi who ran wide, wasn't pushed

Judging by Alonso's onboard camera KR's car somehow understeered/ran wide causing the exit.

its a safety barrier. Theres spectators and a bridge behind that. You would hate Le-Mans then.

Kimi was pushed before on the long corner and he lost the apex to get into straight but he couldnt so he went wide and the accident happen.

Man, i really hope Kimi is alright after this.

They're checking Kimi's ankle. Sounds like it should be alright though.

Kimi didn't understeer. Went wide because he was alongside the Sauber.

And what if someone crashes into that damaged armco barrier?

We do not want to see drivers getting killed.

Its a safety measure. If it saves lives, they can take all the time they need to repair it. If you feel its a waste of time, change the channel and watch something else on the telly.

And if there was a gravel trap there instead of run-off, he'd have either backed off knowing he wouldn't make it, or had a trip through the gravel...

This is so... Even more that they wish that to "their" driver.

If rain was expected at 15:00 then even if we start now the race is approx 1.5 hours long, the end of this race might be very interesting
