Well I'm glad he got his way not moving over for Nico. Comming up front from where he started! And then to get rewarded with a team order to move over! What a crybaby! It's only points he would be giving up !
Could it be he set his car on fire just to sulk about it? Look how many fires Nico went through and never set a word. What a crybaby!

Lewis throws the car of track on the first lap and is extremely lucky not to have ended his race just there. Rookie mistake as to finish first, first you have to finish.
Safety car comes out with Nico 10 sec. in front, with him having to take another very slow lap before he can change tyres. Loses out massively. Lucky Lewis gets bumped up the field.
Verne gets to a perfect scenario where he can block Nico and halts his progress on a damp track limiting his cars advantage. Nico gets called in by the team and once again loses more positions. As he pits Verne's tyres gives up and Lewis is once again extremely lucky to get by him and make up some positions.
Nico gets close to Lewis and is told by the team Lewis will not hold you up. Lewis drives the live out of his tyres to spite his own nose to stay in front. Nico not fighting Lewis(not damaging his cars tyres in the turbulent air) as he was told Lewis will let him pass doesn't attack Lewis and stays out of DRS range.
With his tyres not giving him enough advantage anymore Nico is stuck behind Lewis untill he pits. Lewis has now driven the best his tyres had to offer and gets behind a much slower Fernando. With no more life in them attacking is not an option and he clumsily has to wait for Fernando to make a mistake. King Alonso says:" You shall not pass"
Daniel catches up to Lewis and without to much difficulty dispatches Lewis as he can't use his cars advantage on worn tyres. Infront Fernando starts to struggle with his tyres as well and Daniel gets him on the straight with Lewis watching as a spectator.
Still with the faster car Lewis gets close to Fernando again but King Alonso adamantly says:" YOU shall not pass!"
Nico with a dry track and the fastest car catches Lewis. Being a team player at Merc and not wanting to take both cars out of the race Nico wait untill Lewis makes a mistake in turn one. With fresher tyres he goes on the outside of turn two but gets driven of the track(witch is against the rules BTW) as he doesn't give a damn if the both gets taken out or not. Lewis just drives for Lewis. Screw the team.
No other place to safely pass on the last lap and Nico stays and ends the race behind Lewis.
Nico ends the race closer to Lewis than Lewis was to Fernando.
So yeah another perfect example of Lewis getting lucky in the fastest car. Nico might have been able to still win the race, but what constructor wants to win a race if they could rather just settle for Lewis getting his way and finishing third.
I'm glad Lewis was his usual ignoramus as that kept Nico on fresher tyres away from Fernando in the final few laps.
It was not a stellar drive from him and it did once again show Lewis is costing his own team in his pursuit of his own glory.
Now if you could not see that in the race then i am of the opinion that you are not cannot capable of thinking for yourself and are just a sheep that has to take Sky's extreme biased propaganda as fact.
And although you could see Nico being disappointed at where he finished the race, he did not sulk or insult Lewis or the team. Although Nico is in my opinion not a Daniel, who i would like to see at Ferrari, he is far far closer to the class that would be welcome at Ferrari that Lewis.
Very well said, when Nico tried to pass Lewis on the last lap, if it was not for Nico the two cars would of touched, Lewis pushed Nico out wide leaving him no space and Nico almost went off the track, if you look at Alonso's line in that corner compared to Lewis it really should of led to a penalty.
You stated your case well! Lewis got up front driving like a champion that he also is. Again his team hit him between the eyes with team orders!! They got to be kidding! "Great race, great driving Lewis now move over and let Nico pass!" Forgetabout it . He refused to be Rubenized ! By the way, I think of Nico as one of the best drivers in F1. So far for me this year F1 is great. Each team for the most part lets their drivers race against each other. So besides watching who wins, we have a lot of racing going on from #2 spot down fighting for points. Remember MS parking his Ferrari on the track to mess up Alonso. SO what! We all still loved him.
Why on Earth would someone let his closest rival pass him? Practically Mercedes has the constructor title in the bag already. Its insane to blame Lewis. Also if someone can only see he had luck with SC-s. Its barely equaled his Q. Btw Kimi froced Vettel off in t3 the same way ;) Both were great battles, just what people like to watch in a race.
Problem with that is MS was guilty and the prove was there to show it, brilliant try anyway.
Nico did not intentionally "park his car" in Monaco, there was no evidence to support it.
Then you can also say Lewis did deliberately spun to impede Nico in Austria, although that would be just as incorrect an assessment as saying Nico missed his braking point in Monaco. But accidents happen in F1 and Lewis moaning and bitching about everything that does not go his way is just getting old and his fans and Sky jumping on the band wagon just irritates me to no end.
It is really stupid and irrational in how, without facts to support it, all the glory has to be bestowed on him. Just like Brundle forced the idea that it was such a good drive by Lewis in the podium ceremony when the facts clearly tells you it was just a lucky to be at the right place at the right time and very selfish race by Lewis where he actually should have done better with the car he had.
But we digress....
This is not the fan site of a Merc jobbo.
Forza Ferrari
May the summer break brings us a faster F14T and more podiums.
Most of us "hate" Lewis including me but we must admit that he is out of luck with lots of mechanical failures and slow pit stops (in favour of nico) during the season. I would only judge him when Mercedes will treat him in equal terms with nico.
Ok, no conspiracy, your right. Team orders to let Nico pass is out and out favoritism. Merc is not even trying to hide who they be favorin !
"If I was driving for Red Bull [from 2008] probably I would have more championships, but because they were dominating between 2010 and 2014 probably I would never have driven for Ferrari. I am very happy and very proud to drive for Ferrari, all my time there.
