Oh, and all the Kimi "wins" on race day have come after Alonso retirement (2x) or serious engine problem (1x). So I am pretty confident for next year.

    Thank you sir ...
"If I was driving for Red Bull [from 2008] probably I would have more championships, but because they were dominating between 2010 and 2014 probably I would never have driven for Ferrari. I am very happy and very proud to drive for Ferrari, all my time there.

Pure class. So gracious in defeat, no finger pointing or bitterness. Acknowledging his short-comings on Sundays and behaving very classy as a whole. Great thing to see.

Can't imagine the anti-Merc campaign led by Sky Sports, BBC and The Lewis Hamilton angry mob followers if it was the other way.

I agree with you totally in every aspect.

Just a shame that, especially from the media, we will now be even more bombarded by the one sided exuberance of the "great hamilton".

I just hope that we as Ferrari have something to be happy about again. I hope all the turmoil of this year pays off for next year.

I am expecting 2011 like season for Merc next year. They have a huge huge advantage. Probably we should be aiming for podiums

    .
He was pure class in defeat. I am not a fan of either him or Merc but I did shed a tear.
Still think he was treated as the 2nd driver after Spa. Would have been happier if he had won WDC.
Would be happy to see him in red if only.

Farewell to Ferrari 's no.1 driver for half a decade. Best season 2014 by outscoring his World champion teammate by over One HUNDRED Points

Well said, for me he earned a lot respect for acting like this. It needs heart in right place to do so ...

Fernando Alonso scored 1190 points in his 5 seasons with Ferrari. His team mates scored 551 points during the same period #F1

To be honest, for me Hamilton's WDC was just as unimpressive as Seb's 2011 and 2013. Nothing to shout about, his only rival was his teammate and neither Webber nor Rosberg has ever been considered true top drivers. I mean, it's not Hamilton's or Seb's fault they were driving dominant cars it's just that no-one but 1 person had the machinery to challenge them.

In German motorsport forums they running wild now ...
The world is full of conspiracy and Hamilton pulled the lucky number after SPA and Merc was favouring him since then ...

Hard year for German motorsport fans
    - Rosberg lost it against hated Lewis
    - Vettel got whipped by a Rookie by far ...

This can not be as it must be conspiracy ...

This was the first winless season for Ferrari in 21 years... hurts, really hurts. But I guess all good things come to an end some time. *sigh*

I only watched the podium Hamilton-fest for one reason.....to see Felipe one step away from the top!! After the season we've had to endure as tifosi, it's been great to see him retrun to form, even in the wrong car. Sad to lose Fernando but the car was embarrassing today and he deserves better, I hope Vettel can prove his worth next year but the team needs some proper leadership and all these changes are just adding to the confusion. I'm glad this painful season is over but fear that 2015 will be just as tough.

This was also my first thought after today race. Since Germany 1994 and GB win for Ferrari, every other year Ferrari had at least one win per season. Shame this tradition and record was cutted...
Been today at Yas Marina Circuit. Everything is just amazin. Than HUGE dissapointment. Sound. It is AWFULL. I was sitting on Nord Grandstand, behind me is Ferrari world. Some concert was taking place there during race. I could hear music during Formula 1 race!?!?!?!?!?
Ahhhh, those good old days. V12, I had a priviledge to hear it at Hungaroring 1995, V10 and V8. Symphony for ears. This new sound I heard numerious times in last couple of days at streets of Dubai, from passing Ferraris, Lamborginis, Aston Martins,.....

You are confident? So you know that Honda-Mac is going to be the team to beat?

It is not important anymore but for the record after half of the race just before the last stop at L27 Fernando was just 1.5s behind Button (Magnusen who held them up pitted at L21). After that pit stop Button managed to speed up by 2 s. per lap and was in average 1 second per lap faster that Fernando.
