It just tells a lot about a person who gets these half a million cars. Obviously they could be just trying to make up for something (hint: size of something) but thats a different story.
Would that be the same Bill Gates who is practically legendary for importing a limited production Porsche 959 (essentially a pure race car being homologated) that was not legal to drive in the US, then spending 10 years (and untold $$$) getting a special law passed that would create a loophole for importing, registering & driving such a car???

People rarely get super rich when they don't value education, work incredibly hard, and blame their lack of wealth on those who have wealth, which is basically what you are doing. If everyone on his forum had the money, we would all own LaFerraris. By your logic, it would mean we would all be compensating for something too. It couldn't possibly have anything to do with enthusiasm, could it?

I am having a difficult time understanding how someone's wealth of lack thereof has any bearing on whether Vettel can beat Kimi next season.

Don't play dumb with me. I'm better at it than you are.

I'm actually quite wealthy and the work hard and value education and you will succeed thing is complete bs in today's world. To become super rich you need to be in the right place at the right time and get really lucky. Or already come from a wealthy family. And some people never even get the chance. (Eventhough they work hard and educate themselves)

ps. I have the money to buy LaFerrari and would never do it. #gogreen

Dude, for one thing, you couldn't just buy a LaFerrari even if you had the money.

Another thing is, nobody cares if you can or cannot. We're racing fans here, and you don't have to have a penny in your pocket to be one. Why don't we stick to racing? Racing, like all sports, brings people together from all walks of life, all this political BS does is drive them apart.

lol, funding helps but not with Ferrari, Ferrari wants the best. Mclaren sacked Perez, and even Force India almost sacked him i think...

Who cares if you would buy a LaFerrari or not LOL! You give yourself way too much credit. But I'm glad to hear that you won't be buying a LaFerrari, because I wouldn't want someone as condescending as you getting his hands on a Ferrari anyway, not that I'm worried that you could actually buy a LaFerrari in reality.
    KEEP CALM AND LOVE FERRARI

    ..my opinion..

Seb will beat Kimi by 50-75 points.

Personally I would have preferred Alonso stayed and Kimi left (no offence to Kimi fans) as I believe Alonso is the better of the two and Seb and Alonso would have been a killer pairing indeed!

He said he was gong to stick to racing, why don't you return the favor.

stop with this driver bashing already. First things first is for us to have a car good enough to beat other people.

Will close thread if this bickering goes on.

Ferrari are reported to be gutted by your decision. In fact, they are so desperate to have you as a customer that they created this. Any chance you might be interested?

Vettel and Kimi, both have something to prove and neither are happy with past season. I'm expecting close an fair fight between them, hopefully for better positions than this year.

I think Kimi will beat Vettel. Kimi has a wealth of experience over Vettel, and Vettel seems to be poor in a poor car, Ricciardo is not Alonso. The only way Vettel i think will beat Kimi is if Kimi has another season like this, I mean bad luck which he had most of the time. In a season like that anyone (except Maldonado) can beat you. Kimi has already proven himself over time, Vettel even though he is a 4 time WDC has only done it in a perfect car.

Not only do I believe Kimi will be the #1 driver with results for 2015, he also is the #1 driver to give interviews. His latest interview with " F1 The Official Site" he was asked, what was the first thing you did this morning ? ... Kimi: Wake up.

Vettel beats Kimi, they are both good, but I have watched some videos about Seb, and he is really "in to it", he gives fantastic feedback about car`s behaviour, and I believe he is more hungry. Hopefully I am wrong, because I am patriot too, lol.

If Kimi gets the car to suit his liking it's going to be very hard for Seb to beat him. But if Kimi can't get the touch to the car and next season is going to be same kind of struggle with the front-end(Kimis Achilles heel), it's very likely that Seb will draw the longer straw. But on the other hand, Vettel doesn't like under steery car either and he is new to the team so it wont be easy anyway..

If the car will be driveable for both, I guess Kimi will take stronger start to the season, but after couple of GPs it will be close and fair fight between those bros
