It'd be really sad if the impressive pace gets wasted by a grid penalty.

    Anyway, Second Practice Lap Times

Soft is the tyre to be on for more then 60% of the race and soft is the tyre where we smack the taxi's in da face with so bring it on toto!

Ferrari changed V6 turbo Vettel and Raikkonen
Replacing the only heat engine to power unit of the Horse: reliability problems or simple rotation?

The Ferrari has replaced heat engines to cars of Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen , while he kept the other components of the power unit 059/4. According to Auto Motor und Sport the decision would be taken by the presence of some cracks in the basement , a fact which was denied by Alberto Antonini , head of communications of the Horse, who spoke instead of the rotation provided.

The first V6 Turbo , according to men in Maranello, has not completed its life as it will still utilizzatro in the next rounds of free practice. The unit that is used in Bahrain has the same specifications as the one removed, so is not equipped with tokens development : Ferrari, therefore, will not be able to introduce changes to the combustion for the next five Gp,and can act with new solutions on other components of the power unit.

That would be second time us having loose tire after pitting, not good.

    But indeed, hopefully no penalties.

Presumably that's why we didn't bother doing any long run on mediums!

I would like to see the long run stints time sheet on Softs for Kimi, Vettel and Rosberg. Where can we find this?

"Kimi Raikkonen gets a reprimand for passing cars queueing at the end of the pitlane at the end of P2"

I thought a reprimand would be the harshest possible penalty. :( At least no impact on his race.

You are not allowed to to update existing part after you introduce it. Therefore we can update everything beside ICE in Barcelona.

Likely. But finishing a race is better than a DNF because of a blow engine.

since im not expected to win a WDC or WCC my opinion is that it should be ok to sacrifice a race in order to bring the updates as planned. 5 races without an ICE upgrade is major drawback in update timeline

Might be but its also most complex part of PU and the one that gets locked first so we better perfect it.

How many reprimands result in a penalty? Three?

At least Kimi is a clean driver so chances are that this reprimand won't hurt him.

That's not necessarilly true. We can bring new, updated ICE, if it will be ready for Barca and use it there. The engine, we will race this weekend then can be used on tracks, which are not so engine dependant. You can swith between power units as you wish.

Not happy for the reprimand, but since no penalty I'm happy. The other poster is right and Kimi will not make a lot of reprimands so its good.
