If Ferrari upgrade was 30 hp Mercs reliability upgrade was 40 hp look how all the Merc teams just moved up in performance. Makes me wonder the new FIA directive on reliability upgrades came after they realised what Merc had done. 6 races no issues then reliability upgrades that make a huge increase in performance with no tokens used. Honda used 2 tokens for reliability! Merc seem to know how these engine rules work so well it's as if they wrote them. The reliability loophole is now closed in it's previous state blocking others doing the same only as Merc already made a crazy gain from it. Just as Ferrari started really catching Merc they have used an advantage in the rules then to such a degree it's closed off to others doing the same.
They dont have engine advantage. They have traction and tire heating advantage. Thats it...They were fastest in 2013 qualis as well with similary powered engines.
Different people have different opinions on where Ferrari's performance order truly is, and what Ferrari can achieve this season. No point arguing about it. If you disagree that Ferrari can achieve more and believe that some are expecting too much, that's a fair assessment, but you don't have to force others to have that same opinion. Optimism is part of being a fan, they don't have to be realistic.
Stupid trolls are everywhere, in our case his name is Tofarati
Just shut up already, don't you have something better to do than troll F1 boards from your mothers basement? Where is the ban hammer for this fool?
Study up on your F1 politics. Do you think they are that much better than everyone based on 100% merit? They politiced for the engine formula, started work years earlier than everyone else, and got off with a reprimand from an illegal tire test with a slap on the wrist. Golden boy Lewis is in Bernies back pocket and the rest of Brackly with the FIA. A team doesn't come out of nowhere to make a 4 time consecutive championship team in red bull look like fools. They have done a good job obviously, but there is something that smells foul.
Forza Ferrari!!
How about everyone calm down and get back to discussing qualy.
Don't play dumb with me. I'm better at it than you are.
Don't feed the troll
You know it can get worse!
AMuS "Just got confirmation Vettel was called to the stewards for red flag overtaking incident in FP3."
See? *SMH*
Edit: AMuS "Vettel just went to stewards 5 mins ago together with Massimo Rivola. Says the Marussia was quite slow. He thought there was a problem."
Arrivabene: "Sebastian had an electronic problem that we already knew since Barcelona."
Zike is it like the gremlins movie? I thought don't feed them at midnight
They are back out of stewarts offices. Now we need to wait to see what the stewarts say. They better not make the day worse for Seb!!![]()
