Of course we are. I don't understand why Ferrari were under investigation at the first place.

Ferrari passed all the test, there was no investigation into our pressures.

If your car would be below minimum weight, then a DSQ should happen it's not fair.. not a grid penalty for next race etc.
The fact that both Mercs are below...

Yeah, actually the first time I heard that we were under investigation was during ted's conversation with Paddy.

I kinda understood Ted's statement is that Ferrari were given the info that Merc breached the tire regs. Not that we were included in the investigation.

Hamilton says he is not concerned at the moment if he gets penalized.

Just to make it clear - Ferrari are not in breach, only Mercedes have been summoned to the stewards.

Merc's heading to the stewards now, hopefully within half an hour or an hour we could get a decision.

Pay Symonds said Mercedes will be disqualified if they found guilty.

Also it don't matter if they didn't gain any performance as they can't argue that. Pat symonds and Rob Smedley says its a SAFETY and not Performance technicality, therefore if they are on breach it should be a DQ. The fact Merc done it on both cars does not look goog for them.

Ok so it's a safety issue then why were they not black flagged?

DSQ is the only fair punishment when an unfair advantage has been gained. It's impossible to know how big the advantage gained were, so you cannot punish with a mere time penalty.

It's also stupid for some to suggest a penalty for the next race as the advantage was gain for this race.

Bernie will get in n make a deal... All of them come out having spinach. And a statement would b released "no further action" just a reprimand.

    Not

    Gonna

    Happen

The example with Danny is a good one, but he is not the Golden Child that Lewis is. They will never take a win away from Lewis.

Crofty was asked the same question and couldn't provide an answer.

but its a technical directive now. Any breach in that is DQ, as Brundle said if start allowing small allowances in this rules, we may see wings 2mm smaller or floors flexing 3mm more than should.

There's no way they'd DQ Blondie. It'll be a pathetic and worthless slap on the wrist and a pointless fine.

Tire pressure not a Sporting Regulation or Technical Regulation. It's a Technical Directive from Pirelli to the FIA.

Anyways, it is a penalty for Mercedes.
