    Otoh, one reason I've been worried about tyre deg is Red Bull's last sector times. They are faster than Ferrari in last sector. They manage to hold onto their tyres better by the end of the lap.
    Seb was fastest in 1st sector n 2nd sector.... If he manages to pull away from ric in the openings laps. Then could b easy for us. Also need to mention, there is high probability of SC.

    Q: What can you take from today's performance for the race? How satisfied were you with your long runs on Friday?

    SV: The pace is there. We have improved the car massively from Friday to Saturday so that should translate for a good Sunday. But the race is long and you also have to make the right calls during it. We know from the past that there can be a safety car at any point so pace and the right calls – that will determine tomorrow's winner.
    FERRARI FOR EVER !!!!!!!

    It was really absurd, listening to Eddie Jordan criticizing Vettel for completing his second pole lap despite knowing he already got the pole and accusing him of “showboating". Especially since I remember him praising Hamilton for his pole lap in Hungary.
    I also had to laugh when Jordan said to Ricciardo that he had generally better starts than Vettel

    It would have been rather silly situation to end in barriers breaking your car if you already had pole position.

    I just watched quali and must say that vettel and ferrari looking very good here. Imho every time when two ferraris ar 1=2 or 1=3 that is good sign that we are very quick.

    Red bull also very quick, but merch looking how to say lost in process? I dont know what happened but this may chill this season.
    Ferrari = 235 victories + 219 pole positions + 248 fastest laps = constructors championships 16

    This was the longest pole drought in Ferrari history.

    1 more than the 59 race run without a pole between the 1990 Portuguese GP and 1994 German GP though that covered a longer time period.
