Nice to hear S-duct will be added, hard to make any judgements on the engineering side of it until testing (well Melbourne really!), the livery is ok, if there were a little less black & the tricolore was horizontal like Niki's, I'd like it better. Oh, and GOLD rims too... I was really hoping for them, darn!!

Fact is though it already looks better to me now than it did 6 hours ago.

The names of cars in the picture are wrong.

Rear part of SF16H are quite impressive:

Gone is the porkiness of last year's rear end, particularly at the coke-bottle section. There's a massive change that's not subtle but substantial. And to think the car was actually competitive with its large posterior, where it was slightly lacking at times either in balance, downforce and/or traction - it's amazing that it wasn't much slower. So going by the improvements that they've made such as: shorter nose, pushrod front end, tighter rear, more HP and efficiency, then all I can say is that the other teams would have to be worried, including Mercedes who've probably had less weakness to address in comparison to the Scuderia. No wonder they came up with a totally new engine :)

It's a gap where the rear shroud actually wraps around the underside of the gearbox, leaving a gaping area to direct more air over the diffuser. Not to mention the other benefits such as smother airflow (less drag) and possibly lower pressure at the underside of the rear wing for more effective downforce with less drag. Here's hoping :)

Those persons or person who keeps leaking all the inside information from Ferrari to newspapers and media should be found and banned from entering Ferrari factory forever. The livery prediction that "la Repubblica" newspaper made over a week ago was almost 100% accurate:

Too much information is leaking out, Marchionne should really do something about that and fast!

Simone Resta talking about SF16-H. In the end of video sending special thanks to Rory Byrne who has been a big help in last year.

There are some huge gains on this car vs last year. Much tighter rear end, can see the entire top floor around the rear diffuser. The bat wing on the engine cover is very interesting. The short nose, the turning vanes on the front wing. New packaging of the power unit, plus more power and more efficiency. All this is pretty drastic and very exciting.

That paint is terrible to me though. If it were the typical red engine cover, it would look like a gem.

It looks like the boys did a lot of work in Maranello. A lot of things are different compared to last years car. And i don't mind the white that much, it blends in very well.

Is Merc's inlet not a single vertical split, but 2 side inlets merged into the central one, as 1 big inlet?

#W07 airbox inlet feeds engine & coolers to make sideods smaller, which have hugely narrowed fronts

So 2023 started off bad, but managed to claw back some lap time come end of the year. Lets hope SF24 will give us tifosi something to smile about.
