That's what people said about Ferrari when we were winning everything. They're just doing a better job than anyone else. You can see that RB has made a huge step forward. We haven't, that's our fault, not Mercedes', not FIA's or anyone else's. We need to step up our game, our in-season development is lacking.

Let us give Lewis a collective hug
Contratz to RBR, they are the best team in F1 in my view.
Kimi let Vertapen a free pass after the virtual sc, Seb made a Vertapen but did not have any luck again.

We're a joke. We were clearly ahead of Red Bull last year and when we were expecting to be a lot closer to Mercs this year, we're now behind Red Bull.

    Disappointing; 2009 to 2016...

They gonna say something like "It was a bad race for us, we'll be stronger for the remaining races" and "2017 will be our year" .....

I wish ferrari stopped developing this year's car and fully concentrate on bringing next year's development parts to the 5 remaining races and treat them as a test. Get the 2017 engine tested on track if it's possible. No need to worry about incurring penalties we have secured third place anyway.

I think it could be a little different in 2017 than this year. Many years we have relied heavily on Technical Directors when is came to car design and direction now we have no TD and got new people and now we are seeing some developments on our car. The problem is that our development came way to late to start making an impression on RB and Merc. I believe the team of designers and engineers we have now will be able to develop the car during the course of the season. The Technical structure now will reap some fruits maybe come Barcelona next year when we have Major aero updates coz I think next years car is to advanced in development to start making major changes but thats just my thinking

Technical directors are obsolete. They just hinder the car developement. Just wait untill other teams start to copy our concept and start to fire TDs.

Something is wrong with our strategy and preparations when unexpected happens. For example last virtual safety car - during that vsc Nico was able to close the front and leave Kimi more behind. First vsc MV was able to pass Kimi way too easy. Some say bit too early concerning green lights.
To me it seems that when there are chance to go to the grey area and get away with that - others do better work.

By the way, RBR car looks so good in corners and exits. That is something we cannot reach during the season.

It's weird because I thought its a race where engine power would shine but seems like cars with underpowered engine did well (eg Alonso).

I really don't know whats wrong with Ferrari's car. Chassis? Engine? Lack of traction? Struggle to get the tires working?

Sums up my feelings too. Alonso is incredible. His loss is still hugely felt at Ferrari.
