I don't care if Seb got brake tested it's his job as a following car not to run into the car in front of him. This is pretty fundamental, you know, to driving, on any level, anywhere.
Did Hamilton brake test him? Yeah, probably, b/c Lewis is a douche like that and he's done similar things before. Still no reason to let your temper get the better of you and cost you points and potentially damage your championship possibilities. Be smarter, Seb.
<wags finger>
You mean like Schumacher had? Having Rubens let him win. And he's our hero. Or like Alo asked in quali for massa to get out in front of him so he could get a pull. Don't get me wrong. Schumi is my second favorite driver after Senna. But being a fan doesn't mean you start ignoring everything wrong with your driver and condemn the drivers from other teams for doing the exact same thing
Could not stand LH/TW/Lauda anymore with there tricks.every wondered why the current World Champion is not racing
"If he can't do it with Ferrari, well, he can't do it." - John Surtees
you would think it would be clear from the telemetry if Ham brake-tested.
I remember Alonso doing it to MS in 2006 i think, it was pretty bad because it was under yellow flags IIRC. I don't recall the exact race track though.
So everyone here what ham had done is right. So break testing is fine. Then why did he get penalty in earlier race where he slowed Ricciardo under SC incident???
Bottas was contracted to mercs for 2 things
1. Help Lewis
2. Take one of the Ferrari out
Now that he's succeeding in it, his contract would be renewed
If only things were as simple as that, just don't run into the car ahead.
Brake testing is not allowed in race, and neither is multiple change of line while defending. The reason we have all these rules is because the cars are following closely during racing with the understanding that the driver in front will not intentionally impede you in such a way that you cannot react to avoid an accident.
Without these rules, drivers can just randomly brake to force others to stay away from them.
We have these rules in place, it is a matter of enforcing them.
And being a douche or having bad habit is no excuse for doing something illegal. Lewis need to be smarter too.![]()
"Always move forward, take it one step at a time, eventually you'll reach your goal and if you happen to fall on face your still moving..."
Schumacher never asked for anything Austria in 2001. He even helped Irvine 1999 before that when he was in the title hunt.
Today Lewis asked his team to slow down his teammate a few positions ahead just to give his opponent bad wake. Can you imagine how much has be become accustomed and expects that his teammate used a doormat for him?
Definitely, HAM didn't slow down. Red bar indicates acceleration :D
