Mad Max not heeding the warning of his engineers on tires.

He wants the kill on Lewis.

Red Bull asking Max to pull back to take care of the tires says a lot about the series right now.

Crofty, Brundle, and the TV production crew earning their keep trying to keep this interesting.

Now this formula none Mercedes, seem close. But think will be lapped by the formula mercedes cars upto p4 at this pace.
Very hectic until it all settled down after that hour. Thought the Kessel Ferrari had done enough to take advantage of the Porsche going off at Les Combes (I think it was).

Yes I suspect you're right, the mercs will easily lap most of the field. Rest of the cars seem pretty spread out now.

Great tyre management and race pace from Charles, last lap was his PB 1:32.252. At this rate he will leapfrog Norris

Charles pits, a bit early I'd say. His pace was very good on mediums

Starting see mercs weakness, again. Been long time since they chewed their tyres like this.

Charles race pace is decent and we don't seem to have the same blistering problems as others

Softer tyre compound in hotter conditions. Always been their weakness. But haven't shown since their tyre test they had few years back.

Another poor strategy call and ruined Vettel's race. He was doing pretty good on Hards.

Last week tyres were harder compound.
And temperatures were lower too if I remember correctly.

Maybe the summer heat is going to be a problem for them
