Normally Ham doesn't make too many mistakes, feeling the pressure then.
Both driver at Ferrari did a lot of mistake today… Ferrari need more power but ok 4-8 in front of Mclaren …I believe that can Ferrari 2022 go for championship… forza Ferrari
Leclerc ahead of Bottas in WDC now
Forza Ferrari
Well done to Ferrari for the result, I think its decent result for a power track.

It's not how start but how you finish.
Paul Ricard is a high downforce track with plenty pf slow speed corners and long straights. It should suit the SF21 well.
And that what's makes it hard. At the back of my mind, I really hope Ferrari are making some good progress for the next year. You really don't want to be left out of the competition with the restrictions in place.
Nevertheless happy for Charles, wished more from Carlos, but still we got some points that is all what matters.
I would re consider the decision of not bringing big update for rest of the season. we can do better for sure.
I am unhappy with Carlos. Disappointed.
As for Charles, hmmm.
I will post my observations later tonight. All in all, positive result for the team. Could be better in my opinion.
I don't really see it like that. Mercedes had a fresh PU this weekend, Bottas was atrocious and the Mercedes in general seems difficult to set up and find that window for the tyres. This track would usually favour Mercedes because of there huge performance advantage with the engine. They had to run with a skinnier wing to keep that advantage and it was marginal Vs the Red Bull. I'm quietly confident Red Bull have the better overall package.
only 1 pole out of 6 converted into a race win this year, a bit unusual.

The next year meme was under stefano domenicali leadership.
Apparently this year is totally different since upgrades are very limited because of the token system and the PU freeze. Yeah Ferrari might say that they want the 3rd position in WCC but i doubt they will sacrifice resources that can be used for 2022.
Red Bull and Mercedes engines are pretty equal in terms of power. The Mercedes this year have less downforce at low speed because of the low rake and long wheel base. In consequence, the tires don t turn on fast like the Red Bull.
I have a feeling being the longest car in the field does not help in the change of direction at low speed. Red Bull have a better all around car to challenge for the championship.
Does anyone feel Carlos had a pretty average race today? I mean overtaken first at the start of the race, then again after restart. What just happened to him today?
Did anyone get an interview of him explaining his lackluster performance today versus Monaco where he was a rocket, IMO.
