The rules needs to change so you cant repair the car for free, if you repair the car you drop down to last. Thats the only fair thing. Lewis would still benefit from taking Max out, but it would still be more fair. Rules are a joke. The F1 lottery as always, disgraceful. My guess is they will give no penalty today, they will let the race play out. After all it’s Silverstone, they wouldn’t dare give Hamilton a penalty at home. It will go to a hearing after the race and he will get some penalty points added. Slap on a wrist and a race win for Ham.

I'd black flag Lewis just because it's a dangerous move at that corner. It's not like he's smashed into the side of him but he's positioned his car in such a way that they'll only be one loser and that's max. They very fact that the penalty hasn’t been given over these last 15 minutes shows you that it’s fixed. The penalty should be made aware before the restart.

No penalty would be fair as long as Lewis can not repair his car without taking a regular pit stop. You cant have title contenders taking the other out and then get free repairs and win the race, thats not crowning the best driver, its a farce. Lewis should have a 15 seconds stop and go SERVED in the first lap after the re-start. A 10 second stop and go whenever he wants is guaranteeing him the win.
