    Well done Charles. Ferrari's #1

Perez is an embarrassment or Max has something else on his car which he shouldn't...

Super lap by Charles & Saniz. Didn’t expect that. Great.

Hopefully we have race pace to keep up that position.

Charles really is something else. The kid is the real deal. Ferrari needs to step up their game and give the the team he deserves.

    1000+

Build the team around him and what he wants in a car.

Sainz, even with a fresh engine and a massive tow from Charles, still ended up behind both Charles and Max. Just saying.

Not possible with Binotto. Just look at today's qualifying.

All we can hope for is a clean weekend of no engine failures, driver errors, or the infamous clown show from the pit wall.

Of course they're cheating with Verstappen's car, there is no way Perez is that far away on a track like Monza which is a combination of straights.

Why? What has Perez done in his entire F1 career to be regarded as a top F1 driver? I can't think of anything. Even a guy like Ocon looked solid against Perez.

This sub has a weird fixation of downplaying rival teams drivers. Both Charles and Max are generational talents. The sooner you accept this simple fact the better.

At this point they have no reason to risk being caught cheating. Max has the championship all but assured. He would have to DNF 4 times in 7 races to even make it a possibility for anyone else. We all know that won’t happen.

I think Max is just that much better than Perez.

I know he's a generational talent I'm not against you, but look at the time sheets Perez is nearly a second behind his teammate, and no one has been over 0.3 0.4 behind his teammate in Q1 Q2 and Q3.

It does make you think there is something suspicious.

And by the way this sub has a weird fixation of bashing our own team

It's not that surprising tbh. Look at the difference between Mag and Mick, had his times not been deleted, Mag would've been in Q2 easily. He was already 6 tenths faster than Mick in Q1. And Max is on a different galaxy compared to Mag.

Sainz also got a massive tow from Charles, which improved his lap times by at least 3 tenths. And considering he also has a fresh engine, still ended up nearly 3 tenths behind Charles. Without his fresh engine and the tow, the gap would've been massive and same as the gap between Max and Perez.

And do you think Ferraris management and pitwall deserves praise for their effort?

It was Charles who got the tow from Mclaren at the last effort in q3 and not Carlos.

Not sure why they let Sainz quaky so high. Didnt they just give Max an extra place to move up?

That's not how tow works. Just cause you can see Charles at the distance, it doesn't mean he got the tow. For any meaningful tow, the gap should be around 3 seconds at the start of the lap. The Mclaren is too slow, on pure pace it was 1.6-1.8 seconds slower. Charles would've lost time rather than gaining it.

Also Norris was already leaving the Ascari chicane when Charles was at the end of sector 2.

Yup, Sainz not doing any Q3 would've put Max in P5.

Leclerc should have never made into Q2. Leclerc went over track limits in Q1 on T7 on his only lap time ....the same area Alonso's time got deleted in Q3 and for the same reason-->Alonso went over track limits.

Will the stewards do anything about it........I doubt it. (See pics)

Can you provide any evidence of Charles being on a timed lap when that pic was taken?

It was his only timed lap in Q1 according to the source and it is Leclerc. (It's in Spanish)

Superb lap from Charles to take pole on his own merit, but the race is tomorrow and I dread that feeling of uncertainty over reliability and strategy. If there's any justice in F1, Charles deserves a win more than anyone else, as do Ferrari after all the highs and lows this season. Stupid penalties getting sillier each race, hope Carlos can make it through for some good points.

So, there is ZERO evidence of Charles being on a timed lap. It shows nothing, just like all those low-res UFO photos.

The source is a journalist from Soymotor (a Spanish Motorsport platform) and it's very credible. I'm just the messenger.

Soymotor is hardly credible, just like Lobato. But both of them are full of "Soy" because of their homeboy Carlos, undoubtedly.

I know you're the messenger, no hard feelings toward you.
