Well, Mclaren already picked up Andrea Stella for the team principle role at Mclaren.

Binotto's "stock" within the F1 paddock is not as high among the teams.
It's not how start but how you finish.

It was just announced that Seidl left McLaren to become the new CEO of the Sauber Group (https://www.motorsport.com/f1/news/s...boss/10410847/).

Where does Binnoto fit into all of this?

Is he likely to go into Aston Martin or Mercedes?
    Binotto to Audi.

    He can go as TP.
Swirl is CEO. But I doubt that Audi will give his the role

Seidl will be TP for Alfa Romeo then Audi for 2026.

I don't see Binotto going anywhere as a TP to any other team.

The announcement is CEO that will oversees the racing activities and the technical division.

I still think that CEO is above the TP. As is Zak Brown and Martin Whitmarsh.

    Seidl is CEO, not TP.

Sauber said Seidl would play a part in choosing a new team principal, with an announcement to come in "due course".

Looks like rest of current structure could be:

    TD/Chief Designer: Simone Resta

    Racing Director: Laurent Mekies

    Chief Strategist: Inaki Rueda

It also seems from reports from Italy that Vigna will "micro-manage" Vasseur's role as TP at Ferrari. Vasseur is a TP by name only. Elkann will get final approval from Vigna.

This type of management style harkins back to the Enzo era. The commendatore hardly went to races but always got reports and made decisions over the TP.

Looks like Rueda will remain as Chief Strategist.

That’s it we’re screwed....season over before it started
So 2023 started off bad, but managed to claw back some lap time come end of the year. Lets hope SF24 will give us tifosi something to smile about.

They were with FIA all along i I was very surprised Todt couldn't get Mick a seat @ Ferrari . I'm glad we are with Carlos and Charles for sure. I wish Mick the best @ Merc. That's where he belongs.
