You honestly think the FIA, whom is aka "Mercedes Benz", and all the #LH44 fanboys are going to roll back 2008 and take away Hamiltons title to give to Massa?

Bernie is being Bernie just to let everyone know "he is still here and supposedly makes a difference"........not anymore....not today......Bernie, you made your money, now go home and enjoy your life.

This is all wishful thinking..............move on. 2008 is long gone and dusted.

    Unreal....

In all fairness, the CHAOS debacle in singapore that ruined his race, I don’t think it would have happened (under normal circumstances) had the chaos NOT happen with the whole sharrade that Flavio had set up so his golden boy Alo would win the race.
Because it was a total chaos, Ferrari had to double stack both drivers, and when things are rushed things tend to happen….and don’t forget, that it was not Massa’s fault that he took off with the whose….i remember looking at a few onboard videos that showed the RED/GREEN light in front of him, and for a split second it was GREEN before it quickly changed to RED again….but as every tenth of a second counts, as soon as Massa seen the light turn green he took off….lightning reaction from him; unfortunaltly it was a glitch and almost instantaneously went back to RED…but by then he had already pout the pedal to the metal….and, well we all know what happed…

So yeah with all the CHAOS that the Flavio triggered, tings went wrong for Ferrari/Mass….would have still happened under normal pit stop procedure??? That we would never know as Massa got robbed that race from a possible win.

I mean Ecclestone has admitted that the rules of the sport were breached and that the race should have been deemed illegal. I would do the same in Massa's shoes...

I could understand it IF Ferrari and Massa DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT A YEAR OR TWO AFTERWARDS......but nothing.....NOTHING!!!! No one did anything from Ferrari when this was exposed that Piquet "rigged" (Renault) the race.

I'm sorry, if they didn't do anything back then.....why now? This is all on Massa and Ferrari at the time. Sorry.

If you bothered to read the actual article then you would learn that when crashgate was made public Ferrari lawyers told Massa there was nothing they could do as the rules were once the title trophy is handed over nothing can change. So they did look at doing something back then.

Had the FIA acted correctly when they knew about it then Singapore results would be null and Felipe the WDC.

Weak.........as usual. Ferrari's has been weak when it comes to it's posturing and it's influence in F1...like we have seen over the years when matters like these pop-up.

They would rather not "rock the boat" and go with the status quo.

Massa WDC is not going to happen unless the race was disqualified.
I read that what would normally happen....Renault would be disqualified either for the season or just that race.
The others would keep their points.

What is weak if this reply, do please read the article, Ferrari lawyers looked at and there as nothing they could do, what is weak is the FIA knowing about it and letting it stand. But you would off course rather attack Ferrari.

Yeah it won't happen but we all know Lewis won it from Renault cheating.

What's weak is Massa is going at it alone right now and Ferrari is not stepping in to help him......not that it matters.

Nothing is going to happen and everything will stay the same.

That's under lock and key but you'd be blind not to notice it from one year to the next regarding the standings and what was implemented to curb Ferrari from doing it again.

you talking about the "fuelgate" saga from 2019 mate??

And in 2007 Mclaren obtained stolen technical documents of the Ferrari F2007 which most likely was used in developing their own car for the 2008 season.

Even without Crashgate in 2008 they should have been stripped of all titles and points.

    Anit-Ferrari?? I'm not delusional.

Are you aware how many "anti-Ferrari"(again, this is your narrative) posts, other than mine, are on this forum?

What does delusion have to do with being anti-Ferrari?
When you are defending other teams and dissing your own, usually means you are not for that team.
But you can still be delusional and anti-Ferrari, lots of anti-Ferrari fans are delusional, not uncommon.

Ya, other than the monetary fine, McLaren really did get off pretty light for what they did.

If you are referring to 2019, it was a question of interpretation of the rules and a technical directive was issued.

LDM has been giving his opinion of the current state of the team.
He believes it will take years to rebuild the team........not very encouraging but unfortunately possibly true.

Ferrari on the hunt for F1 engineers but Maranello no longer as attractive as it used to be.

Last year he also mentioned that the one of the critical roles of the Team Principal is to fight and win the political battle, implying that Ferrari had clearly been failing in this, especially with TD39.

I know we are all waiting expecting miracles.
In 1996 the dream team was formed and it took 3/4 years to be championship ready. We are nowhere near that
