He's just in deep thought. Concentrating on what's happening on track.

Looks like Ferrari , Mercedes and Aston Martin are very close on Race Pace. Of course We dont know about the engine maps and fuel loads.

Btw last year despite Sainz’s 1.40.3 C3 Stints at Test Days , Leclerc with Fully Loaded F1-75 , managed to do 1.38.7 First Stint on the Race.

I agree with you, but it wouldn't hurt to make first five races, five wins!

Last year started brilliantly for Charles and Carlos, and we all know what happened after that euphoria had led us to believe the championship was a real possibility. I'd rather we started 2023 as strongly, of course, but it wouldn't be the end of the world as long as the developments continue throughout the season. Five wins would be a dream, though!

There have been reports that we're still suffering with tire deg. in the long run simulation, though the report is from "Daily and Sunday Express".

Apart from that - we seem to have cleared any clarifications from the FIA.

reports were about yesterdays session where they did correlation work and tried extreme setups.

    Any Alonso fans out there?

This could be his year and mix it up between Ferrari and Mercedes. Hope he gives Hamilton a run for his money.

And that's because the track is still hot-to-warm. Imagine when the track cools and he's in quali mode.

So 2023 started off bad, but managed to claw back some lap time come end of the year. Lets hope SF24 will give us tifosi something to smile about.

I wonder if we going to try a different Rear Wing than this.

We are losing more time than we should at 2nd sector.

After all these years do you really believe we are?????

Do you believe it's logical to sandbag with only 3 days of testing???

Can you see that RB is race ready now, while we are not even test ready

Ma šalim se!!! Nemam više živaca da ih čekam! Prvi put sam čekao 21 godinu dok nam Šumi nije doneo titulu, a sada već 16!

yes, our cars look awful, we can be too slow or too fast. but these lap times mean nothing. We just look so bad. but we don't know what the team is measuring. We do not know in which mode we are running the engine. sometimes these lap times were done without drs.

If we look at these lap times, it means that redbull will be first, williams and haas will be 2nd and 3rd. This is a hint that lap times mean nothing about which cars are the fastest. we fans are hopeless because last year we were the fastest on the track from the tests to the Saudian GP

Some Ferrari news from #AMuS :

Both Carlos and Charles speak of improvements with the car balance.
At Ferrari, they are satisfied with the work, but don't break out in euphoria. For that Red Bull simply seems too strong.

It seems they know that RB will be unbeatable

    Carlos Sainz:

“We are fast, but I don’t know how fast compared to Mercedes and Red Bull. Until I take the car to the limit, I won’t know the level. We will only see the real feeling in qualifying and the race.”

Leclerc losing almost 1.0 second to pretty much everybody who are doing race sim. stints right now.

Other sectors are in 0.2-0.3 second margin.

Wt.. goin on at sector 2 ? :(
