It was a fuel pressure issue.

Would imagine most drivers telemetry for braking points and shifts are very similar, the big difference will be cornering speed.

Why it looks like we will be surprised and we will watch something like that for real. I mean not exactly this , but that all small teams might have found more time then the top 3 ??!!!

Right now it looks like a podum like : Ves- Alo - Per and then Lec. Anything else is pure wises and theories. Of course i would like to believe that were hiding big time ,but everything speak something else. And the team itself speaks about fighting with Aston and Merc !!!

Sandbagging refers to speed. At times the car looked twitchy and low on grip, and the single-strut wing was just not working. Were we sandbagging that as well?

If you have watched last season, I guess you wouldn’t have said this.

    1. Ferrari & RB always gained lap time from FP2 to FP3 then to Q3.
    2. Ferrari does run less conservative during FP1 & FP2 … then they will do engine mapping come Quali.

As far as Ferrari is concerned, even if this was representative, we can still be title challengers over the course of the season because being about 2 tenths slower than the championship favourites is basically what we were in 2017.

What makes me hopeful is that the car is already quite fast even when it is a piece of work to drive which means that there is plenty of room for improvement with the base already being pretty strong. We should've been worried if the car was already comfortable to drive because that would mean we already maxxed out it's potential. I remember David Coulthard saying something to this effect.
"I've always believed that you should never, ever give up and you should always keep fighting even when there's only a slightest chance." - Michael Schumacher

    | Xavi as Charles came to box:

“That was 5 to the left.”

Charles: “I really don’t get it. Is it my rear tyres that are too much to the left? I feel like I’m on the right. I need to know in case there is something strange.”

Xavi: “We believe it’s the front tyres.”

    the same issue again

These times aren’t representative. Let’s wait until Q3.

Ferrari porpoising a bit with a low downforce rear wing.

Honestly don't know. Ferrari was on SOFT, and Red Bull on HARD, and they are just 0,140 behind us

Well currently no one else is doing race run, but our pace at least very consistent, both Sainz and Leclerc are currently doing 1'39.0-1'39.4 for multiple laps with no drop off
