Race pace even got worse.

Gasly lapping 1 second faster than Sainz with same tyre (only 3 laps younger)

Leclerc compeletly lost.

Charles on a 17 laps old softs matching Sainz and doing consistent lap times. Too bad he's outside of the top 10.

It does seem to have improved just not as much as we want with such big visual changes. Before RB ran away and Merc and Aston ate Ferrari up in the race. With upgrades looks like Aston no longer eat Ferrari up in the race.
