Really impressed with our time in the sector 2. The only sector with high speed corners and the sector where we are the fastest.

Fantastic lap from Charles and a great one from Carlos. Looks like the car is really drivable today.

We were doing 1'09's which was more than a second faster. So the only thing I got from FP3 is this: don't read anything into it. Not even RB's long runs.

Do we have any chances to challenge Max ? Now we have 2 cars vs 1 car

Only if DRS was banned in qualy. I am reaaly surprised that we are fastest in sector 2.

Hard to say. There was no definitive long runs from anybody during the practice, people were doing different things at different times.

Yeah that surprised me, i'd be really interested in a side by side with CL and Max's lap just seeing where little gains and losses take place. What impressed me most about Charles lap was the direction change in the last two corners, looked on rails.

Charles's car in the last 2 corners turn very fast , remind me of 2000s era

RB-Max was struggling with tyres in FP1 same with Ferrari. Hard to tell.

On pure pace it’s difficult for ferrari to challenge RB. Even if we pass Max, he will get back on top again due to RB’s DRS advantage.

My concern is Sainz vs Leclerc at the start, last year in the sprint too they were fighting each other rather than with Max.

That lap from Charles was fantastic. Last 2 corners, my heart was in my mouth. He gave it everything in final Sector.

Front end certainly improved with this upgrade. Charles was able to push the front and the rear was complying with his demand, something he had been missing since Austria last year.

I know, i noticed that too....been a while since we've seen a Ferrari on rails like that, in those type of corners

i'm sure they've learned a thing or 2 from last years sprint, and i'm sure Fred will inform them NOT to do the same again because team result should always came in first

We now seem to be running the car much lower ,as it is intended to run, Leclerc's floor was banging the tarmac in the last 2 corners.

Or could be we just setting the softer suspension configuration so the downforce pushed the car down on the tarmac

Well, we certainly made a "small" modification with the rear suspension. The rod entry is in a higher position than before.

That's the idea, they couldn't run the car lower before due to stiffer suspension, they couldn't find the sweet spot, Here is hoping they found it now.

Good show by the boys and the Scuderia.

Now let's see how the Sprint race goes to tally points and race pace goes to tally up more points.
It's not how start but how you finish.

As I said previously expect a resurgent ferrari .The team is starting to find its true mogoo. The other teams will be starting to raise there eye brows again.
