Sainz is so bad now .We should blame more on the pitwall , so imcompetent . My only last hope was the technical team in the factory , if Fred couldn't do it then it's another 5-10 years before we can compete for the championship again !

    3. When everyone around you are on softs having a good tyre life. What is ferrari doing.
They just don't learn. I don't remember the last time Hard tyre worked well on Ferrari.

I will say it again, no matter how many aero parts we bring it would not change a damn thing. All the teams have changed and upgraded their suspension, but not Ferrari. The suspension is still the same as the launch spec F1-75.

Nothing will change. In some track we will look "good", and in some we will look bad. The car looses all the speed when its filled up with fuel. We have struggled so much in the high speed, losing time in the S2 to RB-Mclaren-Mercedes in that sector lap after lap was awful to watch.

I don’t call this race pace defeat… it’s simple incompetency of Pit wall. Race engineers & Strategy.

You shouldn't be questioning what Ferrari is doing. This is normal for them....rinse and repeat.

Charles was saying we shouldn’t have pit early after the race on radio.
When will this guy learn to over turn the decisions.
We would have been atleast P4/P5/P6 rather than P9 & P10.

It was a race pace defeat. We couldn't touch the Mclarens and Russell on used softs had no problem keeping up with Charles and almost overtaking him. We were maybe faster than AM and Williams, but marginally. Hamilton did 1"32.1 on old mediums, something Ferrari couldn't hope to match. The pace wasn't there at all.

    Charles post-race team radio (P9):

    Xavi: Do you need positions.

Charles: "No. Lets discuss about everything afterwards!"

What causes that amount of wheelspin by the way that we saw from Ferrari today? Low downforce?

How many "discussions" he's going to have!? If he thinks he can go longer than stay out.

I was referring to what’s more concern, it’s just that Damn pit wall team more than Race pace

Yup… that’s what I was saying. If you are confident enough on your tyres, then make your own call.

It must be failure to generate performance in the tyres rather than the wear it's self. Can't get heat into them in cooler temps?

In Fp2 we were very fast in the S2 and S3. In Fp3 we were the fastest car in all the sectors. In Qualifying we were the fastest car in S1. In the race, we weren't the fastest car in any of the sectors. The problem isn't downforce. This car just turns into a different animal when its heavy with fuel, it turns from a Horse to a Donkey.

Well the sugar coating has to stop, because enough is enough. If Charles doesn't impose himself on everyone he's not gonna get anywhere even if he changes teams, this kind of attitude is not good for him at all.

Maybe you are right mate. Just thought we turned a corner with how to balance the car with full fuel in Canada. Seems not. (I get it's track dependent but still disappointing)

It is clear that every team will adopt their concept to RB/Aston/Mclaren’s desings

there's no point trying to improve this ***** car or solving its alleged problems.

I know.... But it is tradition and love for what F1 used to be. I am going there since 1995

I do wonder if he is assertive enough in a team that is underperforming to the extent which Ferrari are. It seems to me we need a driver with a strong personality that could maybe get more out of the rest of the team.
