It may get too hot to handle, stefa, but at least our hard tyres should be warm enough to get out of Q1! have a great weekend.

Is anyone happy with the new quali format?
I think this is a step forward as all teams have to shootout with same tires.
I do hope Ferrari isn't worse off by this.

The RedBull sidepod inlet is in its 3 iteration. It's longer(from the chassis to outside the car) and more narrower (thinner).

Looks alot better than the 1st and 2nd iterations.

Yeah, those side pods are insane, good for them, a team that really knows how to bring upgrades that REALLY work
It will prolly open up the gap to the rest by a big margin

They sort of waited for teams to get a bit closer, and now BAMMM, they bring a remarkable update

What did Ferrari do?? Started with a DUD....now it’s sort of a donkey, heck even Mcmowers bade a huge leap forward

Ferrari let’s us fans down every single time

We don't know yet what this weekend may bring. Lets just hope the upgrades work here.

If we anticipated that Ferrari will bring good result , they will let us down . But if we anticipated that Ferrari will struggle , as in Canada , they will somehow perform well

Perez used to be so good before he joined the cursed Red Bull spot...

"Good" is subjective. He's fortunate to driver one of the most dominant cars in F1 history, yet only won a handful of races. Guy has always been average at best.

I believe Masi breaking the SC rule and restarting the race what gave Max the championship.

That's the details isn't it? The rule, at the time, says ANY instead of ALL.

While past history says that they let all the cars unlap themselves, the rule(at the time) was left open for interpretation. ANY doesn't mean ALL.

    Currently, the rule states ALL.

Do you remember what Masi told Toto during the radio comms when Masi let the cars in between Lewis and Max unlap themselves and Toto was against that particular decision?

Charles started his long run very strong with 2 1'23.0s lap time, but after that he was dropping like a stone

Max with his softs (4 laps older than Charles's) was doing 1'23.1s
The others were doing low-mid 1'23s on medium
While our cars sitting at mid-high 1'23s...

Both did long runs today. Pace was Ok and the tyres didn't drop off, but the pace wasn't impressive. Nearly 0.4-0.6 sec slower than RB on average.

I don't think this team is capable of solving the race pace, certainly not for this year.

This is not looking too positive for Ferrari, can't fathom out where our pace has gone and quali will be a bit of a mess, I fear.
