Surprised to see Charles going fastest in the S1, I expected S1 to be our weakest sector, so maybe others didn't push that much in there, mainly Max and the Mclarens.

It's hard to say from that practice session where we are. Let's hope 2nd is representative of our pace this weekend.

i think he went i bit safe on S3 ,but stll P1.
but men those McL are in great shape all around !!!
i fear them for next year.
The only think that might be good for us is that we might found a lot more pace then them changing the concept. They've done that so they are "just" evolving.
On this note , Merc can also find quite pace next year.
    lets see.

Very good lap from Leclerc. I think there was more left in S3 from his previous lap.
Anyways P1… good for sprint & race.

Hope he picks a win here. He really deserve it.

Suzuka floor helped here. The car was more responsive through the twisty turns in the first sector. The car has stronger front end, thanks to the aforementioned floor, which bodes well for next year's car.

Bahrain 2019, Austria 2019, Singapore 2019, Russia 2019, Mexico 2019, Monaco 2021, Silverstone 2021, Baku 2022, Spain 2022, Monaco 2022, Canada 2022, Silverstone 2022, Hungary 2022....So many races Charles should've won. There were also plenty of races where he should've been on the podium.

He deserves a win and some better lucks.

He deserves a win but as has already been said the Mercs & McLarens are fast not forgetting Max of course. The only saving grace is the AMs are weak here.

That was a good shootout. Charles lost the shootout pole at the first corner. But nonetheless, I'm pleasantly surprised with the pace this weekend.
