It's not very encouraging to see Carlos' car in the garage.

Ignore our finishing order in FP3. Charles got blocked by Magnussen in S2 and Sainz spun while trying to avoid Stoll in that same sector.

I assume we are 3rd fastest car here after RB & Merc.

Mclaren struggling I guess with rear tire grip.

It's difficult to read. Charles did 27.607 in the S1 before he got blocked by the Haas, which is not that far away from Max's 27.582 (Perez fastest with 27.565). He did two cool down laps and tried again and did purple minisector between turns 7-8-9, he also had traffic during his 2nd push lap.

Ferrari also did a long run stint in FP3 with scrubbed softs and the times looked good

Yeah his & Sainz S1 was not far off from max.

I followed long runs of Leclerc & Saniz on Soft tyres.

Leclerc’ pace was on match with Max. Not sure of fuel loads though, but did look good.

Sainz was consistently lapping in low 1.22’s & leclerc in high 1.21’s.

    Pleasant surprise! Ferrari 1-2!

So how will Ferrari screw themselves over tomorrow trying to help Carlos rather than focusing on the win? Lol

That’s a great lap from both Sainz & Leclerc.

Let’s focus on getting two podiums places rather than fighting internally & screwing strategy, if lucky a race win.

Hamilton, Russell & Verstappen are under investigation so they may have grid drops.
2 podiums to-morrow would help our points tally for the constructors.

Russell at more risk for the pit exit his car was stationary & Ham at more risk for failing to slow down under yellow.

Max might get away as footage shows his car wasn’t stationary.

that was really out of nowhere !!! It like in that 1st attempt both our drivers found the perfect conditions and made the perfect lap. I think even if you gave them 2-3 more sets of softs , they could never manage this times again .
But it is what it is and its great for us. Now for tomorrow , on paper it looks like we will struggle a bit. todays longer stints where quite good , but will we manage to have this kind of pace tomorrow ???

Charles Leclerc goes equal on poles with Fernando Alonso. 22

Give the man a strong car in race, we will see who is the champion.

the wish of many of us for some years now !!!!! Im quite confident that if you give him a car of the same pace, he will definitely win against Ves , Ham ,Rus , Nor ,Sai etc !!!!

Carlos driving to win is for sure helping the team! I hope Ferrari sends both drivers out with top cars. Did Charles confirm he will help Carlos win tomorrow ?
