So compared to McLaren, we look a little bit faster and have huge advantage in tyre deg. Norris is slower on his 7th lap on hards than Sainz was 12 laps in on the same tyre.

10 minutes into FP1 and still no sign of Leclerc on the track.
It's not how start but how you finish.

Too early to tell. Gasly is the "fastest" at the moment.

5 minutes left into FP1 and still no sign of Leclerc.

So Leclerc is going into Sprint qualifying and Sprint Race and Qualifying and Race with hardly any practice.

Ferrari will introduce upgrades in a timely manner,no need at this stage of the season.Rushing upgrades does not guarantee success sometimes they work and sometimes they don't so steady she goes. The italian Gp will be the start of the upgrades until then ferrari will remain competitive with what they have.Ferrari are confident with the current package to secure a good result in Miami. The name of the game is to stay in touch with Red bull then we shall see as it goes its a very long season.

Overall the car looked good from the onboard. Although Sainz was struggling a bit in turn 7. But I believe we'll have a good qualifying here.

Cold track temperature is our biggest flaw confirmed. Cost us atleast 0.3 sec a lap

cold track where??? in miami?? i thought the track was nearly 50 deg celsius....if that's NOT hot, then i don't know what is
So 2023 started off bad, but managed to claw back some lap time come end of the year. Lets hope SF24 will give us tifosi something to smile about.

Hard session to read as the track was ramping up till the end but we look stable on hard and soft. Gutted for Charles as you never want to have your run cut short on a sprint weekend but also it's important to.get your eye in on this type of circuit.

Leclerc doing well in Sprint Qualifying. Right behind Sainz. Both made it into SQ2.

Hmmm, a bit slower than expected in SQ1. Could be engine mode or fuel.

Mercedes upgraded there car and still struggling not all upgrades work simulator one thing purely a guide on track and competing can be a whole new beast.Correlations can be very tricky.

    WOW Charles. P2.

But there's clearly something wrong with him, as his little dictators here were saying.

Charles is a different breed. No upgrades, no Practice and only a tenth off Max.

Charles saying he lost a tenth in turn 6. He is saying on the radio that he lost the pole there.

But nonetheless, great job from him.

Even if he did it's still a great job like you say. Bit of a hard one to predict as the difference between compounds seems quite dramatic.

Hopefully we have a good race car
