I don't understand what all the hype is during FP's and times involved during FP's. It's called sandbagging.

Engine mode is low compared to Mercs.
FP3 we are on equal with Max engine modes.

For me it looks completely the set up & tyre warm up issue. Replicating the form of Friday to Saturday, Ferrari is finding it hard.

Maybe Charles is just playing it safe and keeping the risks in check until Q3? Also minimizing track time to avoid angry stewards if someone comes too close in a twisty sector. Considering the FP3 time he should be able to lower what he's been doing.

Hopefully the Q3 street master shows up.
