2024 Circuit of the Americas Grand Prix- Practice, Sprint & Qualifying

A super busy weekend for our team after such a long break

Let's hope our team and drivers will have a fantastic one!!!

    FORZA FERRARI!!!
So 2023 started off bad, but managed to claw back some lap time come end of the year. Lets hope SF24 will give us tifosi something to smile about.

Ferrari and Williams bring ZERO upgrades to Austin.
It's not how start but how you finish.

Apparently the upgrades we brought earlier have not been fully tested at Monza, Baku & Singapore. It's only on a classic track like COTA where the team can fully evaluate the current upgrades. It would not be helpful at this stage to add any more. That's Ferrari speak not mine.

Once again we're looking pretty good in free practice, Charles P1 and Carlos P2 on the hards

We still need to see the pace on softs and of course most important one is the qualifying's pace

We are 3rd & 4th using hard tyres. The RBs secured 1 2 on soft tyres.
Now everyone has bolted on the softs ready for quali sim.

Good chance for Ferrari … one McLaren out of the way. Sainz need to pull up & stay front.

One RB out of the way. It’s a best chance for Ferrari to overtake RB in WCC.

Two Haas cars in top 10. That’s great.

    Good upgrade package from them.

Still too close between the top 4 teams

We need very very clean lap from both drivers. Pole is very possible. But a bad - messed up lap would drop us into P4-P6

    Carlos 1st
Charles 4th in the second part of quali.
Only one RB and one McLaren but there is still both Mercs......they seem to have found some speed.

Gosh where is Colapinto getting all of that speed from in a Williams? .........maybe Sainz knew something when he signed!!!!!
The Mercs are fast here and Max seems to have his mojo back.

Looking at the onboard leclerc lost in S1…!! Then always catching up from there, would have been good lap if no mistake.

Max, George & Charles the top 3. Carlos 5th.
Must admit I'm a bit disappointed but we will see tomorrow.

At least it's a nit of conformation that the Monza updates work. We are on the mix on a track where earlier in the season we would suffer.

    Sector 1 + sector 2 a little bit slow

P3 + P5 - clean side on a new-resurfaced track is not a bad result but could have been better
