That old chestnut again. If that was true, Ferrari, Racing Bulls, Haas etc would be the slowest cars on the grid. What about the UK based teams that are slower than us?

Ummmm, because the teams slower than us(Ferrari) don't have the so called "higher talent" that gets moved around in the top teams. That higher talent comes at a price i.e. $$$$$$$$

    Mediocre is your words.

Ferrari are near the front of the grid year after year.

If Ferrari are too Italian for you then really just move on, McLaren are calling you yet again.

    What's your point? They(Ferrari) couldn't get Newey.

That you have no idea what higher talent is or who they are.

near the front of the grid just not good enough in by books....been there for more than 16 years...apart from a year or two when we REALLY sucked performance wise

so yeah, for me, for a team like Ferrari with deep pockets (supposedly), a team that has been the most successful in F1, coming second most of the time is not good enough

and from the looks of it, who knows if in the next decade or two they'll ever clinch a constructor's title

Mediocre is a pretty good word to describe the current state of Ferrari, being only the 4th fastest car. Ferrari needs to find a way to attract the elite talents in F1, otherwise they could have problems. If management comes to the conclusion that it would make sense to operate in GB, then so be it. No tifosi will complain seeing a championship winning Ferrari from GB. To stop these scenarios, they have to attract the greats and start winning championships as soon as possible. Enzo would be embarrassed to see their current form.

It’s shocking to see how some seem to be fine seeing Ferrari being average. We are talking about Ferrari. You have to be in the championship race, everything else is a failure. It’s about winning.

i'm with you on this 1000%, as are "most" of us tifosi on this forum that are rooting for a winning Ferrari, apart from Greig of course and "walmart Newey"....(that person knows exactly who he is), who are OK with us coming in second year in year out

You are clearly deluded if you think the Italian tifosi would accept moving Ferrari to the UK.

    Ferrari will remain Italian.

Enzo never won every title so another silly comment, Ferrari had many terrible years with Enzo in charge. Maybe read some history of the team.

Ferrari have never been anything but average in F1, the Schumacher year's were not normal.

You really don't know much about this team you think you support.

You do know that they had an operation in GB in the 90s, right? John Barnard, a legendary engineer, was allowed to work from GB. Ferrari has to think outside the box and question everything.

what??? are you high, or deluded?? i am first and foremost a FERRARI fan, as ive been for almost 40 years. for me drivers come and go. and what matters for ME, is the constructors champoionship, PERIOD. if a driver manages to bring home the WDC as well, that that is a bonus.

yes, i admire charles, but only because he's super talented and as we've seen in previous years (say 2022), in a car that is capable to fight for wins he'll go wheel to wheel with Max and come out on top.

and as for Mclarern, i couldnt' care less how they do...it would have been nice if Ferrari had a competititive car this year from the get go, to fight with Mclaren all throughout the year like they did in the 2000's...

but NO, i DO NOT support or care for mclaren.

Ok you lost me there. This is a weird take, starting to think outside the box in the 90s, attracting the best talents, was the start of a great era. Ferrari has the most wins in F1, and the most WCC and WDC. Interesting take I guess.

And it was a disaster, you want to move the whole team to the UK, as I said deluded.

    Ferrari will be staying Italian.

Simply down to them being there from the beginnning and every present, their win ratio for years competed is average.

Everything else started with thinking outside the box. Nevertheless, they have to attract the greats talents to move to Italy. It’s up to the team to show that it is still possible in Italy. At this point, they haven’t won a championship since 2008. These are the facts. If they come to the conclusion that it’s the best to try something similar like in the 90s, it’s worth a shot. We will see.

because a lot of these people can only analyze session to session.

we already know our car is better in the race than qualifying, and here we go again, panic after qualifying.

i enjoyed the 2023 poles, but i would rather show up in the races. but again, i'm pulling from previous seasons, we're not allowed to do that on this board i was told.

So? This has to stay the same? I don’t get your mindset, but ok. As a Tifosi I am looking to get back to seeing Ferrari win.

Dude, first of all I don’t hate any of the drivers, hate is a pretty big word
Dislike maybe. Only because Charles would get the crap end of the stick at Ferrari ( especially in the Binotto era) by favouring sainz and messing with Charles strategy just so sainz would come out on top in order to please Santander

There is a good argument that the best engineers do work in GB. The fact is, that Ferrari is not able to win a championship since 2008.

So we do ignore the fact that the last 15+ years every championship winning team was based in GB? Why do you ask about Williams? We do all know that they were not able to compete because of outdated facilities and so on. Why don’t you ask about RB/Mercedes/McLaren?
