Seriously, Ferrari have the most toxic fanbase.

Last year, everyone was praising Vasseur and the whole team for their results, and how close they got to within a WCC.

They start this year with a dud of car and all the Ferrari fans are like "FIRE THEM ALL! DISCGRACE!". It's why a ton of talent doesn't want to come to the team. They know that the media and fans will be calling for their sacking the second struggles happen. Nobody is given time to build.

You're not going to function well in an environment where you're worried you'll be tomorrows scapegoat.

Atleast I wouldn’t say fire Fred. But he should be more responsible in his comments to the media where he’s calling it on Team not executing perfect in quali. Instead of identifying car limitations where both the drivers are struggling

On the other hand, Max is hands down the best driver I've seen since Schumacher. How he's been able to battle those two McLaren's for two seasons now in an inferior car and basically without a teammate, and win a championship, is truly amazing.
Ferrari fans and Italian media last year when the team went down to the wire with the WCC: "Vasseur is amazing! He's truly transformed the team!"

Ferrari fans this year: "FIRE EVERYBODY AGAIN!"

Gee, wonder why Ferrari have all the issues they do.

The fans are not the problem. The problems are those who can’t lead and perform in Maranello.

Well not because of the fans, but because of the lack of performance by the design team.

He's not an idiot. He can see the car is not fast enough just like we can.

When he says the team didn't execute well, he's talking about the car setup. This years car is obviously very difficult to setup and is on a razor edge.

In a few races, we'll see if the new technical leadership can fix things. I predict they will.

Mercedes have struggled worse than Ferrari the entire ground effect era. They didn't fire everyone. Red Bull struggled terrible from 14'-20'. They didn't fire everyone.

When you fire people over and over, you're eventually stuck with nothing but rookies at all levels, and it shows.

1st we've being hearing this for decades mate DECADES . 2nly VESSEUR himself (and Lec) said in the start of the season (at the launch) that we are good prepared end the aim os the CHAMPIONSHIPS. He didnt ask for more time like lets say 23 (where he took over the last minute ) and even last year he said that the car was not born well and has faults that cannot be fixed. But this year we had NO excuse .
When Todt took over he said "give me 3-5 years" and indeed year after year we where improving to become No1 . Now every time the team say "we are reade and we think we can go well" we end up NOWHERE !!
And we are toxic ? We leave under disappointment from so many mistakes and incompetence from the team for 17!!! years (not 2,3-5 . 17!!!) and are toxic that are so disappointed and furstrated ???

Looking at 2023 & 2024 2nd half season, I believe they can fix 2025 season as well. But for what you are racing in F1? There’s a goal to achieve both championships right?

The problem is they are not starting well

Ferrari TP's have a "life" of 5 years and then they are gone. Upper management dictate the life expectancy of a team principal. It's not the tifosi thats the problem, it's Ferrari's upper management.
It's not how start but how you finish.

We all hope for a fix with the updates, but even if this happens, it will be so difficult to compete for anything significant. This was the year to compete for championships. And with this team, you never know what they will produce for next year. Unacceptable at this point.

Fred: Improving the car? With the same car in Jeddah we were probably the fastest in the race, it's about extracting the potential of the car, we have to work the lap with new tyres not with used and be ready in turn 1 and 2

What to expect tomorrow? A good shower and the same strategy as today in the sprint, we're convinced the pace will be better in the race but where we start it'll be difficult to comeback. Let's see lap 1 and if we have a strong pace like in Jeddah”

Ferrari is in F1 to compete for championships. Difficult if your season starts in Barcelona.

Vasseur fought for a championship in his second year. If you expected this year was a guaranteed championship, then that's on you. Not the team.

Ever since the Alonso era, Ferrari look for scapegoats. Chris Dyer, James Alison, Alonso, Pat Fry, Vettel, Sanchez, Binotto, Cardille, Sainz. They all got bile spewed at them from what group of Ferrari fans or another, and that's why other talent doesn't want to go to Ferrari. They don't want to be the next scapegoat and have their careers ruined.

The fans will eventually turn on Charles, too. Mark my words.

So what if fans want to put the boot into Ferrari, the italians in Italy are livid with this no longer racing team an embarrassment they are labelled,no more than a marketing company who have become blinded by there entitlement.and so called importance with no regard for employees. THEY ARE LIKE TRUMP YOU ARE FIRED.thats there answer to everything, all that have been fired are excelling in other teams and are nailing Ferrari to the wall at the same time.May be Ferrari f1 should seriously relocate to England because it's definitely not working any longer being based in Italy sad but true.Baring a miracle there season is over and Fred can put as much spin on it as he wishes, would not surprise me if the gun is loaded and Fred you are fired blasts out.

Great lap by Kimi. I see him a future star in the making. Russell as of now he’s having comfortable qualifying.
Once this guy Kimi get hold of the car, Russell will start crying

No, it's the fans. Ferrari upper management read the media and fan comments like everybody else. Ferrari go through drivers, race engineers, strategists, designers, and team principles like popcorn, and that's why a lot of talented people no longer want to come and work at Ferrari. They don't want to be the next punching bag.

    thats where you ARE WRONG
The team at the launch declared that this year clearly we are going for the championship .
So for you when to you expect to be ready ?
When are we " allowed" by you to express our disappointment if the team doesnt deliver?

Every ****ing team says "this year we're winning a championship". What do you expect them to say? "Nah, this year we're gonna suck!"

Seriously, some of you are too emotional for racing.

    NO
    RedBUll didnt say it
    Merc didnt say it
they work for it , set the goal for it , but till the are truly ready for it they dont come out to say it .
Thats why im so disappointed, because Vasseur on all his interviews he was saying that the data is vary promising and we are looking to fight for the championship.
And it snt that we are there just others are also fast or a bit faster (like RedBull or even Merc) but we are NOWHERE !!
even here o read the simulations shoewd better numbers and when we went on the track everything was SO OFF .

Charles' comments after qualifying (translated from French):

"We had been making progress over the last three races, but this is a harsh return to reality. Half a second behind on such a short track clearly shows we have weaknesses. They've been exposed here. We're going to have to work hard — we're even behind the Williams, and it's not due to a mistake, it's on merit. I almost didn’t make it into Q3. It's tough, it's a disappointment. There's just no performance in the car.

Ferrari is an emotion for us .. not racing. There is a difference.
They are highly regarded in F1 & they performing so bad that’s the reason media is very critical about Ferrari everytime.

When your driver is saying this & Team principal is saying other way around.
