I don’t agree with moving Ferrari to England. It would kill the identity.
At the end of the day there are many great engineers from Italy, not just engineers but also motorsport personnel, even a very young Kimi Antonelli or a very old in comparison Valentino Rossi.
But the point being is they all have this Italian fire in them.
Now Ferrari could hypothetically move to the UK, attracting more British based talent and that’s fine, it’s not like we haven’t had British talent before (Brawn, Smedley etc) but we can’t lose the identity of the Tifosi, or have Monza as a home race when we are based the other side of Europe.
Andrea Stella is Italian, Gualtieri etc. it’s not like there is a shortage of Italian talent.
It's not how start but how you finish.
Bad analogy re: Soccer teams....like all the talent in Soccer is in England.....give me a break.
What makes you want the same old lack luster performances year end and year out from an F1 team for the past 17, going on 18, years. Ferrari's F1 management should get the best of F1 talent....but they choose not to. Oh, they certainly pay big bucks for the WDC drivers as of the last 17 years to do what?......lose?
In the last 15 years, since 2010, all England F1 teams(RedBull, Mercedes and now Mclaren) will surpass Ferrari in WDC titles combined which Ferrari has been in F1 for over 75 years. The talent gets moved around and will remain in England.

No it's a fair analogy, moving a sports team from its historic home is rarely something to do in Europe, I know the USA just frachise a lot of sports but we like to have history and tradition in our sports.
Ferrari are not leaving Italy so you can bump your gums all you like it will never happen.
Forza Ferrari

I don’t get your response. Even under Enzo they had a department in England. So I don’t get your answer in general, as it already happened in the past. What does a franchise have to do with this? There could be scenario where certain departments could switch to England. Whatever it takes to win. It’s all up to the team to prove that it is possible in Italy.
