Good job. I wasn't expecting Norris to do a second lap. Oh well...

Charles told his engineer that he wanted to be the first car out of the pit after the first run

Pay attention to the data mate. 2 runs on the same compound is better than a single run, as evident by FP1-3 and Q1-3

Ok Greig. We can be lucky that such a great driver like Leclerc drives for Ferrari. He is the real deal.

Not sandbagging…. They went for good strategy.

    Ferrari should’ve gone for that.

At least I'm glad that I'm devastated for losing pole !!!!!
We've missed that feeling this year (accept China sprint but its a different situation)

Charles was great. That it was not enough by a tenth is too bad, but..........
We know how Ferrari's pitstops are and......
We know how Charles"starts are and ............
    we also know.......
how bad Norris's starts can be.

Charles can win Monaco as one of the few non polesitters.

CL looks disappointed … but he needs to believe with 2 stops everything’s to play for.

Mclaren & Ferrari are well placed to play around strategy.

Hamilton's race engineer Adani will be shown the door he is ordinary and lacks communication skills he is not confident and is not suited nor ready to be a race engineer hense Hamilton's frustrations.SO stand up Fred ignore the jobs for the boys standard at ferrari and show him the door.
