positive for what? our car is a typical truck. its incredibly fast in the straights but in the corners its absolutely a truck. if AM which is the team that was fighting for 7th last year, can make a better car than us which is the team who was fighting for the title, there must be many things that are not right in the team.
Ferrari never got over TD39. They have to find a way to make their floor work properly. The F1-75 had a good front end and was less stiff at the back since the floor was so low. That car was on rails and it's a shame we can get back to that.
Sad to hear about the same old crap again. Luckily I didn’t waste time watching, bad family over and was going to check it out later. This thread saves me time.
Heart broken for Charles again. I was really hoping for a change with new management but I suppose it was a fools hope.
Having said that, Max DNF’ed at the first race last year as well, so not all is lost. I will hope for the best for at least a few more races.
The SF-90 was better
It's advantage on the straight was much better than SF23, Mercedes in that year even with DRS multiple times couldn't even pass our car. Gap in races was also much smaller though
That car was also clearly faster than Red Bull in the first 2/3 half of the season
because Alonso was hit by his teammate
if he started 4th alongside Leclerc without any crash or hit, he would have passed Leclerc in the next 35 laps of the race.
what i understand is, this car is horrible in the corners, but very fast in the straights. overtaking Ferrari is a difficult thing, but if you pass ferrari, you can easily move away from Ferrari.
if someone overtakes our cars, we can't catch them up. because quickness is all about cornering speed like we were last year. but pure speed is another thing we are now.
They’ve got best engineers from RB & invested much with a plan.
This is called result oriented approach. No matter it’s a copy of RB design whatsoever, end of the day championship is what counts.
Williams & AM improved this season. Why can’t ferrari?
The hired Alonso/Vettel & now Leclerc, it’s not with drivers. Fundamental flaw in Ferrari Tech dept. They aren’t going out of the box.
Can we bring back the F1-75 now ? The car in Abu Dhabi was still competive enough to fight with Perez (and "only" 8s behind Max)![]()

We can bring prime Kimi, prime Alonso, prime Vettel, prime Leclerc, hell even prime MSC, prime Hamilton, prime Max,... and not any single one of them can save this team
It's rotten and failure from the upper management itself
Agreed.
AMRF1-->Lawrence Stroll has a TYPE A (great white shark) personality and the cash to back it up and the factory is in the U.K. He poached several engineers from RedBull.
Williams--> They got Vowles from Mercedes as the Team Principle.....we'll see how the rest of the season goes but nonetheless good results by Albon and Sargent.
It's not how start but how you finish.
Ferrari has to recruit the greatest talents, whatever it takes.

We have the worst combo, a slow and unreliable car. It's going to very hard if not impossible to recover from this.
Forza Ferrari SEMPRE!!!
you can simulate it in your brain,
your car is horrible in the corners,
your car is terrible in tyre management. we run with the hards almost the same laps as perez runs with the softs. and his tires performed pretty much good performance. we degraded the hard tyres more than they did the soft tyres.
FA got hit by his teammate, lost 2 positions, and he gained 2 positions by fighting in the race, he overtook 2 mercs, while sainz was alone and he fought against no one, still, alonso catched him and overtook him almost easily. i dont want to criticize sainz while not knowing what he had to deal with in that horrible car. but i can only criticise him why is there such a long time gap with leclerc?
but at the end, when you simulate a race in your brain, AM automaticly annihilate us, like alonso did tonight.
