I think it's the antenna-like device on top of the camera.

Standard procedure. It's best to start testing right away.

During these off season test session, there is no any official video recorded on track like in a race weekend, hence there won't be any video stream. They don't broadcast these test session

Well, a lot of it is visible, more than at any other car. That's good :)

    From Auto-Moto-Sport: (warning! Google Translator)

At McLaren we can finally see the position of the exhaust pipes. The gases are diverted through a small ridge behind the pipes, in order to use aerodynamic. The biggest secret about his Ferrari's exhaust. Hardly the F2012 into the pits, the tailpipes are covered with covers. We will show you the first pictures, of course, directly as soon as the photographers are back"

Hmmm,if Ferrari are hiding the exhausts, this most likely means that most likely we've done something interesting with them let's see

I thought so too. Its beautifully crafted to begin with, and looks different from anyone elses.
I hope we wipe the floor with the competition this season.

I am not sure, but the exhaust gasses are affected by bodywork in the case of McLaren. This could be banned. They are clearly directing gasses thanks to this channel.

Why would the amount of flow viz indicate a problem? Maybe they are just doing testing... it is preseason testing if I'm not mistaken?
