Mattia Binotto was in Maranello, and not at the track in Suzuka.
"The 2022 season is ending and it is right to focus on 2023. I will probably also not be in Mexico."
"This has been an important season for us, but the next one will be even more important.”
Yes Mr Binotto it has been an important year for ferrari f1 you have been properly schooled by Red bull on how to run an f1 team across the park, i trust that the schooling has taught you something.
I'm glad they managed to eventually went racing, at least the fans got something out of the race day.
And congratulations to Max. He and his team have set a very high standard of how a F1 team should perform to win the title.
Tractor on track from a fans point of view. Notice the safety car and F1 cars following the safety car made it around the tractor just fine.

It's not how start but how you finish.
Not sure man, the last two cars, Aston and Haas look a bit quick for a potential tractor collision, not to mention Gasly was going quicker unaware of the vehicle on track. In these conditions aquaplaning can happen to anyone at any time, there was no harm waiting for another 2-3 mins until SC safely collected all cars with safe speed or take them all to pit lane
Race control is " controlled " in the car by the driver when there's that kind of danger as soon as it's known there's a tractor anywhere near the track. No one in the pits should have left the drivers not knowing there was a tractor where it was. The rain and wet track had them driving blindly enough!
