    It's not liquid. It's airflow.
But someone on twitter has figured it out.....

This could be Imola's last year on the F1 calendar since Domenicali added Madrid for 2026. There will only be 24 races for 2026.

    Great......just great!

if it's just better engineered airflow, teams have seen the Mclaren ducts since preseason testing.

I have seen Ferrari's brake setup pre-Imola and man does it look just basic when compared to RedBulls and Mercedes pre-Imola.

Obviously McLaren's brake setup is light years ahead of everyone.

wow, really?? can't believe they're NEVER exploiting the rules in that area, especially since these pirelli tires are so sensitive and have such a narrow window of operation

Ferrari is completely clueless in this area.

That's why RedBull and to some degree Mercedes "had" an operating window in their tires. Mclaren took it to another level.

Nope. Full carcass of the rotor and caliper.....completely naked without the carbon "cake tin."

despite doing the longest stints at many races like Bahrain and Jeddah. You could argue the Ferrari race tyre life was second to only Mclaren.

it is indeed puzzling. it's such a tyre limited formula right now.

Red Bull would have to be wrong and it is indeed possible to get tyres as cool as Mclaren's with airflow alone.

Night races, is that your point with regards to tire life at Ferrari vs Mclaren?
