Apart from a rookie who would probably accept any circumstance, who would actually want to be in that team with Seb atm

I've lost a lot of respect for Vettel over this.

Don't play dumb with me. I'm better at it than you are.

At least you had a lot of respect for him to lose.

But back on topic: don't really care about what happens at RB but I must say this little saga of theirs is quite entertaining. Carry on, lads!

    Vettel: I'm not apologising

    Malaysia

"I didn't do it deliberately so I didn't realise I had made a mistake, only when I came back but by not everybody's but the team's reaction, I realized,"
"I had a very short word with Mark and then it hit me quite hard and I realised that - language - I f****d up."
"It has to be said that we respect each other and there's nothing in that regard that has to be fixed. Obviously I owe him a proper explanation.
for sure it is not a victory that I am very proud of because it should have been Mark's.
I told the team straight after that 'I apologise for putting myself above the team which I didn't mean to do
    China
I was racing, as a racing driver I was solely focused on winning the race.
I think I'm the kind of guy that respects team decisions but on the other hand Mark is not the one that deserved it at the time.
what the team wants me to do - to leave Mark in first place and me finish second - I would have thought about it and probably done the same thing because Mark didn't deserve that."
I did speak up and I did apologise, and I meant it. Sanction, as in punishment? What do you expect? Maybe it's a little bit of a dreamland you all live in but what do you expect to happen? Make a suggestion...

I hope Webber is head of him in the race again on Sunday. That would be fun to watch

Though I expect Red Bull would arrange the pit stop to put Vettel ahead, knowing Webber would not let Vettel pass easily

And there are still people who want to see him driving for Ferrari
It's going to happen sooner or later, I'm pretty sure of it. The way that Stefano always tries to speak very diplomatically about Vettel and the way Luca talks about him all point to the fact that Vettel will be a Ferrari driver sooner rather than later whether we like it or not. I personally wouldn't want him at Ferrari, I would much rather see us getting Bianchi or Hulk than Vettel. If only Vettel wasn't such a annoying little spoiled brat then maybe I wouldn't mind him driving for us, because he does have speed and talent, no doubt about that. It's his selfish and disgusting behaviour that's off putting. And I have serious doubts about whether he could fit in at Ferrari where the TEAM is the most important thing and not the ego of any single driver. I trust Luca to make the right decision, whatever it might be.

Can't support them much then? I never liked Kimi did not want him at Ferrari but never did I think I would not support them. Many said the same about Alonso if he joined.

I more support drivers I guess. I never went for Kimi, but was rooting for Massa in 2008. I've always respected Fernando.

People say Vettel is like Schumacher and Senna, but I disagree, both of them were likable and seemed mature. Vettel seems bratty.

If you intend to stop supporting Ferrari when/if Vettel becomes a Ferrari driver then you're definitely a driver fan and not a true Ferrari fan. It's your business who you support or don't support, but I suggest you start searching for a new forum where you can follow your fav driver, because I believe it's only a matter of time till Vettel sits in a Ferrari cockpit. I don't like this idea very much either but to stop supporting Ferrari is not even an option for me.

How about you stop being the "Ferrari Police" this forum is open to all as long as they respect the community here.

Exactly!! I thought the same about Schumi! and would stop supporting Ferrari when he joined in 1996. Spain 96 changed everything.

I've always been a closet Williams fan (I had to have something to be happy about during the 80's when Ferrari was lost at sea) so I hated Michael Schumacher with a passion over the thing with Damon Hill. That is, until Schumacher joined Ferrari. Suddenly I was ok with it.

I am not an Alonso fan, but I would never stop supporting Ferrari. Drivers come and go. Ferrari, is forever. People will always have their favourites, when Alonso joined Ferrari a lot of new people joined this forums, which was really good as it brought new people with new opinions, some I think are cult status some really very nice :)

Vettel is one of my personal annoyance, but the threat of him coming to Ferrari is just as much as any driver.

Support a team for it's history, it's passion and the Team it self, not only the drivers as you would find your self let down more often with a driver only passion.

I really don't like Vettel, but I couldn't turn my back on Ferrari if they chose him to drive for the team. Nevertheless, I don't believe he is, or ever will be, in the same league as Fernando Alonso despite however many championships he wins. Maybe I'll warm up to him if he grows up.

There are two kind of fans, the driver fans and the team fans. Nothing really new with that fact. And nothing really wrong with this.

One can't be both? If Felipe drove for Sauber next season, I could still appreciate what he did and wish him success while hoping for a Ferrari 1-2 every race.

That's been what I have been doing with Schumacher ever since he left for Merc, even though that went rather grim

Great point!! I believe it's just that some people like the world to be "black and white"!
Personally, I agree with you because the world I live in has myriad shades of grey!!
