NO. Even if is very horrible and bad and if it sucks I want them to drive that. Ferrari is ENGINE MANUFACTURER, we don't buy other engines

Dude, are you serious? You're suggesting that we, Ferrari, should use a non-Ferrari engine?! Ferrari with a non Ferrari engine?? Seriously? If our engine isn't the best, we make the best, that's our goal, and we will support or team in doing so. My opinion on this: every person that thinks we should use a non-Ferrari engine is stupid and definitly not a Ferrari fan, therefore, don't give your opinion on this forum

If it ever come to that, I would rather see Ferrari leave F1 than to use our competitor's engine. It just doesn't have any meaning to race with our competitor's engine.

Calm down. It is just a question. It is inappropriate to call someone stupid for her/his opinion.

This has to be a belated April fool joke, there is no way Ferrari would ever put another engine in the famous scarlet car, sorry this is the most idiotic thread ever started on this forum. What next the pope on Sunday reading to the public in st Peter's square form the Quran.

It doesn't matter if the engine is competitive or not, Ferrari has been using and will always keep using it's own engines, and that's the way it must remain, no matter what. It would be really stupid to even think otherwise. So the answer is a resounding NO!!!

Ferrari is NOT Ferrari with someone else's power! This tradition
should NEVER be broken, neither should Ferrari drop out of F1
even temporarily. They've always taken their knocks and should
continue to do so, however embarrassingly, until they return to
winning. Other teams have that "luxury" but it should never be an
    option for Ferrari.

I imagine the "win" or stamp feet brigade would welcome such a move.

lets diffuse the situation....no way however much we pay would a team like mercades supply us an engine...its not even a point considering! Sure ive though how good would be if we had a merc engine but that's as far as my thoughts go! It would also be commiting commercial suicide..

I agree that everyone can have his or her own opinion, that doesn't mean that one's opinion can't be stupid. But that's not the point. The point is, if you call yourself a Tifosi and then ask this question... just no words for that.. it's foolish..

You're asking the opinion on this matter so Ferrari supporters, that's just stupid. The only thing you will learn is this: who are Tifosi and who aren't. The once that are only hear because of glory years, because of victory, but not because of passion, the fire that burns in all of us, yeah, they will probably agree with you. But what does that tell you?

Indeed, but the fact that you start a thread for this question says enough for me. The fact that it crosses your mind says enough for me..

That's 100% true, I don't know what your opinion is, that's not the point for me. The fact that you start this thread and ask this question says enough for me, it doesn't matter what you're opinion is. The fact that you ask this question, that's what matters to me. And don't get me wrong, you are free to ask questions. I have no idea on what your opinion is, but I know that you don't feel what I feel, whethter that's good or bad

So 23.08% of the poll takers think we should leave F1 after this season if we can't field a winning PU...

    really?

Exactly what would that accomplish, ease the shame that you feel?
Some people amaze me, they let a car race ruin their well being when they have no more stake in Ferrari than being a fan.
I don't say this to belittle anyone, just to make you think! Yeah, it is saddening, sometimes maddening when our beloved red cars are performing poorly, but it is not the end of the world for us.

To those 6 who voted for Ferrari to leave F1 after this season, will you stop coming to this forum if Ferrari continue in 2015 without having a "sorted PU"?

The fact is that a person who would even think about Ferrari using someone elses engine other than their own must be insane or just extremely dumb! There is just no other way to describe it. People are entitled to have their own opinion of course, but even thinking about something as ludicrous as "Ferrari using someone elses engine" is beyond crazy.

If there is one thing in F1 that will never happen, it is Ferrari using some other engine.

Damn right Merc would supply us it would be a PR master stroke. It would destroy Ferrari credibility as a brand and say to the world that merc engines are so good even Ferrari can't even dream of doing better. It will never happen because Ferrari don't want or need an outsourced engine.
