Ferrari fans in Australia have there focus now on Oscar as we say in Australia Nation above all,so ferrari are benched for 2025.
We have become the laughing stock in F1
No one (serious) wants to work for us.
.Ferrari: According to @Corriere, attempts are underway to strengthen the aerodynamics department with brains from other teams. One of the targets is reportedly Giuseppe Pesce, McLaren's aerodynamics director.
He has a long history at Maranello (he left in 2011 to move to England). He is considered one of Woking's veterans and has become even more important under Andrea Stella

FERRARI FOR EVER !!!!!!!
Where are Elkann and Vigna? Why is your best driver apologizing for the bad car which was developed in Maranello? Where is the leadership from top management? Why don’t they publish an apology to the Tifosi and their drivers?

It's not how start but how you finish.
Ferrari spent the whole of FP1 yesterday trying to get a decent lap out of the soft tyre and the car looked awful. Lewis had a couple of big moments into the first chicane. It was never going to work in qualifying. Stroll did a good lap on mediums early on in qualifying and I'm bemused that we didn't try the mediums on at least 1 of the cars after seeing Strolls's lap. Our car is a dog, unfortunately. Imola exposed everything bad about it. The elevation change, high curbs and fast chicanes requires a very well balanced car and the Ferrari just loses lap time all around the lap. Our car is unpredictable and seems to catch both drivers out when they don't expect it, when you watch the onboards.
We are half a second slower at Imola compared to last year.
Three teams lapped slower at Imola this year than they did last season, and Ferrari was the furthest down on their pace.
Utter disaster. There's no other way to describe the current situation.
Ferrari in f1 is now just a logo.,nothing more and nothing less merchandise world champions but for how long before the clothes are on the nose, said it before vigna unless elkan dead man walking.
Ferrari and maranello crap .Set up in England build new factory and facilities then Ferrari will attract talent.the pasta and wine f1 department is not working in Italy full stop England is a far better option, many will disagree but look what's happening year after year, since the Brawn error and by the way he was English and so was a large number of the technical department under him,Newey wanted the same but the pasta and wine department did not.So suck it up 2025 is a failure to date and 2026 will follow drastic times need drastic measures.Move to mother England 🏴.
FERRARI FOR EVER !!!!!!!
Yes they may stay in Italy and by the way iam italian and they will win nothing I know how the italian system works.
Remove the jobs for the boys mentality and remove the dead wood step on toes and upset the apple cart its a non performing retirement factory not an f1 power house in performance for a very very long time the proof is in the sauce.
Should have hired Newey, but him wanting to bring his own team with and having full creative control seems to have been too much for Ferrari. Surely his experience increases the odds of creating a winning car?
But who knows, maybe Loic Serra oversees the creation of a championship winning car for next year.
I say it again , Newey was a missed opportunity for us for 2 reasons.
1st from what he himself could contribute, his knowledge and expertise and the wininng championships mentality , BUT mostly 2nd he would bring several others with him and open the doors for even more in the future. As we have seen most of prestigious engineers in F1 dont want to come to us, and its not the place (moving t Italy) but that "mentality" in the team and the pressure . For them it dont justify the risk . So Newey could have change that. Thats my opinion.
dont know what will happen next year and letter , but right now its not looking good.
Of course i hope (the last that have left) that Serra could turn things around and be him to lead us to better things but .....
FERRARI FOR EVER !!!!!!!
At the end of the day, we all want Ferrari to succeed in Italy. But no one knows what happens in the future. It could be a possibility to focus on PU development in Italy and switch the rest to England. Whatever is needed to succeed. Maranello still has the chance to prove every voice wrong by winning something meaningful. Just win, and no o e talks about England. But you need elite talent to win. Just show everyone that it is possible in Italy. Otherwise there will be options to change that.
I don't think being based in Italy is an issue. Look at Aldo Costa, Andrea Stella and James Allison. They started to thrive as soon as they left Ferrari. Heck, Costa led the design department of the Mercedes team that won 8 titles in a row. Allison had very good years at Mercedes, and Stella is now dominating with McLaren. Ferrari has state of the art facilities and all the money in the world. The work culture is the problem. Not the country and not, IMO, the people.
