To be fair that is what we would do and have done in the past e.g. Renault Mass damper. Paddy Lowe had our instruction manual when he took up the issue of our moving floor with the FIA who then subsequently increased the load test. Luckily for us Fry handed back the manual when he joined us

Im gonna put my Planet f1 hat on now..................

I fink dat Lewiss is gon win dis rase and the titell cos he is da bess driva, muche beeta dan dat spaynishe guye Alonso, Lewis is da bess cos he beet Alonso so bade at Mclaren and da teem was favorin Alonso too. I hav beene waching F1 sinse i waz 5 yearz old, i'm now 6 and i reely fink dat Lewis is da bess drivver i've ever seeen, he wearz his yelow hat juss lik senna did so dat meanz dat he is a fass as senna.

Anywon who dont lik Lewis, is raseist and everyfin, admite it, u dont lik lewis cos he drives a blak and silva car innit, if da car waz a wite car den you wuld luv lewis innit.

Mclawren is da bess teem, cos dey is honess teem dat neva steels or nuffin lik dat and dey neva like won driva betta dan anofer driva and everyfin and dey neva do dat teem oryders dat dey do at Ferarie cos dey is britsiss and dat meeens dey is da bess.

The only bit you missed is the spelling of "teh" (instead of "the").

Power, Passion, Heritage, Beauty, Success = Scuderia Ferrari

Well I am not so sure. Because, current rule says 50Kg, 10mm disortion. The new is 100Kg, 20mm distortion... Of couse, it's not so simple, but in a way, is better. Because, you have a larger deflation to start with (20mm).

It depends on how they have gone about it. Ferrari may have taken 1 route and RB may have taken a different route. For one team it could be the fixtures and fittings, the other it might be the construction of the wing itself.

4.Suzuka => Red Bull due to fast and high speed corners
    5.Korean GP => unknown
6.Sao Paulo => Ferrari due to the circuit lay out.
    7.Yas Marina => Red Bull I think.
I have to say that i completely disagree with some of these. I feel it is important to remember what our car does best. We have awesome traction out of slow SHARP corners and top speed equal or 1-2kph slower than McLaren when we want it to be. In Canada we were 1/2kph slower than McLaren. Also we're great in non curvy corners, what i mean by that is like chicanes as opposed to the last corner in hungary which is essentially a large bend.

Its been widely acknowledged that the RB front wing was worth a second per lap in hungary and our from wing flexes roughly half as much. Assuming the RBs have to revise their front wings they should have less of an advantage in downforce intensive type of corners (the curvy types).

Spa = Red Bull have so much downforce they could easily drop some to cope with the straights. Our car will be fantastic in the first sector which is all about the run down to Eau Rouge, its the middle sector thats worrying therefore I suspect we'll be a 1-2tenths behind RB overall however on race pace we may be able to cruise up behind however I suspect RB will be favourites for here.

Monza = Equal on pace with McLaren. Winner will likely manage their tyres the best.... Ferrari are quite good in that respect ehh. Lewis will power slide his way round the chicanes.

Singapore = Ferrari podium, RBS very strong in qually with their superior engine mapping/diffuser technique, LH win as he's IMMENSE round this track.

Suzuka = RB dance their way to a 1-2 :(

Korea = Tilke circuit so will probably suit all three cars (in their present configurations) TBH.

Sao Paulo = The twisty/curvy infield section is such a large part of this lap however the drag up the hill is huge so i see this coming to ferrari for our acceleration out of the first and last corners.

Yas Marina = Very angular circuit = Ferrari FTW

So i give 3 to Ferrari, 2 to the RedFools, 1 to McCoys and one to whoever can stop their rear end sliding round the oversized loopy corners that are bound to be there as tilke designs tracks with the aid of melons, protractors and roller brushes.

Spa we have a new -big supposingly- upgrade coming. So Spa is up for grabs, perhaps Monza also. Korean is an unknown factor, then we have Sao Paolo where we do good, and Yas Marina could be good.

I also think reliability will play a big part. It may come down to engine availability at the end of the season.

Does anybody know how many engines we have used up this season so far?

Wait so they doubled the load but also the acceptable distortion, am I understanding that right? Would be curious to see what the exponential effect is of the added load...

Renault is going to run their car's with the F-duct system on Spa also, they just said that.

The last top 5 team also now with a F-duct, this could be painfull for Massa if he's not up to speed with fonzo.

Spa = Red Bull will be great in sector 2, Mclaren great in sector 3 and we will be somewhere in between in both so I think all 3 teams will be very close here. Alonso seems very good around here though so maybe we will be in with a chance.

Monza = I think it will be tight with Mclaren but we ride the kerbs much better so we might just have the edge. Again Alonso seems very strong around here so that might help too!

Singapore = Ferrari podium, RBS very strong in qually but Alonso and Hamilton both seem mega around here and Massa had a fantastic pole in '08 so it could go any way. After the whitewash in hungary though I do feel it could be a Red Bull circuit.

Suzuka = I think this will be closer than people think, we weren't all that far away in Silverstone and Suzuka isn't all that different. Probably a Red Bull circuit when all said and done.

Korea = No idea, it's fair to say Red Bull will be strong. Hopefully we can keep up!

Sao Paulo = Red Bull v Ferrari, long uphill straight suits us and infield suits Red Bull. Hopefully the Bumps unsettles Mclaren.

Yas Marina = I think this one suits both Ferrari and Mclaren more than Red Bull with the long straights. Hopefully Ferrari might be better through the corners than the Mclaren.

It will be tight between all three teams in the coming races but I think Spa, Monza and Singapore are possibly three of Alonso's best circuits so fingers crossed!!

I hope for a Ferrari 1-2 in Italy with Red Bull struggling because I will be there!! I hope I don't have to suffer a Vettel win or even worse a Mclaren win!

Anything can happen, it's a mechanical sport and the outcome of races can be influenced by many factors.
So I really have no idea how to see our chances.
I only know one thing, we simply HAVE to win a few and they HAVE to have a few bad ones.
I trust Ferrari and both drivers will do all they possibly can and for the rest we need some luck.

Hey - where are you flying from to get to Monza? I was there 2 years ago but had to go from Dublin as there were no direct flights to Milan from Belfast. Just wondering, in case there's a cheaper/handier way

Hey - Yea I'm flying from Dublin too, we could have flown from Belfast City with Flybe but the flights were four times the price!!

How was Monza? I went to my first GP at Silverstone last year in General Admission and it was fantastic so we're GA again this year. I've been trying to get a Kangaroo TV but they aren't bringing them to Monza, are there plenty of screens? I would have been lost without my Kangaroo TV commentary last year!

Oh, I didn't realise you could get a flight from here straight to Italy, that's handy to know should I ever go again. Travelling from here is a pain in the bum isn't it!
Monza was great, I had the weekend of my life. I wasn't general admission so I'm not sure what it will be like. There might be a few people here who have been more than once and might be able to give you more info

Haha yea it can be a real pain, we saved alot of money going from Dublin compared to flying straight from Belfast. Flybe were looking for £250 one way and we only paid about £120 return (we're flying back from Venice)!! Thanks, I'll maybe start a thread about it asking other people for tips! I'm so stupidly excited, Silverstone was a sea of Mclaren fans last year it will be great to be with plenty of other Ferrari fans!
