    NO I wont let him.

I think they are equal caliber so yes he can and no he can't but being a new guy I think Kimi has slight upper hand in this.

He MUST beat Kimi. Otherwise he lose the last credibility, what he still have.
Seb can't lose two times in a row :)

Kimi don't have any credibility left after this season. He can be as free as a bird and getting ready for retirement

I don't give a single F about who'll beat the other one when we're just fighting for the 7th place.

Kimi was beaten by Alonso. Seb was beaten by Ricciardo.
Kimi was new to the team. Ricciardo was new to the team.

Think twice before sending Kimi to retirement

I like them both and I want them both to stay beyond next season.

Kimi pretty much knew the team, if you have a bit memory left, he drove 2007-2009 in the same team...
ricciardo however was new in his team...

    How is that?

In 2014 the points difference between Ferrari drivers was smaller than in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. I do not see anyone lobbying for previous driver needing to retire.

Really? And the team knew Kimi as well?
2009-2014... It really was a new team to him and vice versa.
    Stella was there but...

And it's nice to notice that you still have your pleasant attitude

Just saying; Sebastian did face reliability issues this year. More times than DR.

And Fernando Alonso outscored Kimi Raikkonen by scoring almost 3 Times more. New team or Not, that was huge

It's not important who beats who.
This year Ferrari and RB had a car that was difficult. Alonso and Ricciardo could handle that, Vettel and Raikkonen could not.
What Fernando did this year was nothing more than damage limitation for the Ferrari name.
If next year's car is good, both Vettel and Kimi are able to win races or at least finish high.
If the car is not good, Ferrari is in trouble deep.

Well, we will begin to see how they compare in test sessions with the 2015 car, personally though I'll be more interested in seeing how good of a job the designers & engineers have done on the car itself as both drivers have a pretty decent CV.

Doesn't matter who is in the car when the technical staff can't design or develop a winning car. Kimi isn't like Alonso ... Kimi needs a VERY particular car in terms of braking. If he doesn't have that he is an average driver. Alonso is the kind of driver that will fight and get the most of out of any kind of car.

It's been 100% musical chairs with no results. We complained about the engine freeze for a long time and when we FINALLY got a chance to show what should be our strength we screwed up massively.

When you have demotivated Alonso ... that is quite an achievement.

Vettel defeated mark webber, and mark webber was one of the better quality drivers at that time around. He schooled the likes of david coulthard.
Webber was somewhat similar to fisichella, who used in his prime to beat every teammate of his..

I dont understand, why compare 2 drivers sitting next to each other. There are team orders , preferences and how car is built that help one driver over the other.
We saw how many times when massa was ahead of alonso, he was asked to move and let alonso past him. Was the ferrari car ever built to suit mass's characteristics or Alonso's? ever thought of this things? Your alonso bias lets you cloud every judgment of yours.

People who are vain enough to spend $300,000 on a sports car usually are selfish ****** with no regard of other people.

Wow, top class remark on a Ferrari forum. You do know we make cars around that price range.

dunno, Fisichella didn't have any serious teammates before Alonso if you count Jenson in his second season or Sato on his first...

Its doesn't really matter which pilots turn up better as long as Ferrari beats our competitor.

We are dividing the team by making these silly comparisons.

Both garages on the left and to the right belongs to Ferrari.

Just wish them both (Vettel and Kimi) well.

People who are insensitive enough to make absurd generalizations should at least have the sense to be aware of the surroundings that they publish such statements in!

Your generalisations and views on things you have no clue about are really getting annoying and tiresome.

Nah I'm pretty right here. First of all people rarely get super rich by being a good and ethical person. So most rich people are unfortunately selfish and unable to feel empathy. Obviously there are exceptions like Bill Gates (who doesn't own expensive cars) and has pledged to give everything he has to charity when he dies. It just tells a lot about a person who gets these half a million cars. Obviously they could be just trying to make up for something (hint: size of something) but thats a different story.
