Guys lets face it, FIA will not allow Ferrari to become a danger for their golden child like they did last year. We will have to wait until next year, maybe they will be over their RB love affair by then.

Lets hope it gets a lot hotter for Q and for the race. That seems to help us.

No they don't, the can penalize on their current interpretation (they say EBDs are moving aeros). They don't need a protest. It is then up to the teams to protest and prove CW wrong.
Yes our wing was higher than allowed

All wings move, they have tests, the wings pass the test then they are ok

They say they BELIEVE it is moving areo, not that it is, but believe, if Virgin for instance protest then they need to prove it as do the FIA.

Am I right in thinking Fernando didn't post a fast lap in either P2 or 3? P3 due to gear problem, P2 being held up?

    Not to good:

Session is finished. Not very positive for our team, with 9th and 11th position and the gap from the front is very huge...

Nando and the team don't seem too upset in the TV images, smiling and all, so hopefully the gearbox or whatever issues are solved already.

Alonso seems to be struggling with setup and Massa is......well just struggling. Anything in Q3 would be a good quali for us I think. If we look like we're struggling to get into Q3, we might as well actively not get into Q3 and save tyres for the race.

I see, so if Charlie "believes" the EBD is a moving aero he can't do anything about it
    but
If Charlie "believes" the extra on our rear wing is not part of the flap controller he can ban it ?

Yea but every team has pretty much went down the Red Bull route of getting the rear as small as possible and as much air to the diffuser as they can. Some credit has to be given to Newey for spotting the best interpretaion of the rules first, I didn't mean it as a criticism to anyone else.

On the rear wing, it is banned and I suppose there is no point getting upset about it, but we did look alot better with it. Attempting to ban the exhaust overrun on the blown diffusers is even more ridiculous so it seems they've just lost the plot a little rather than having anything against Ferrari. Pity, they were doing so well under Todt.

Our extra flap made the wing higher than the regulations allowed, there was no believe about it if Ferrari are so sure their wing is legal then they will run it under protest won't they.....

We shall see if any team protests won't we, but they won't as they know they won't win it.

Did you notice Vettel did his fastest lap on hard tyres!!

Those who have come into Formula One without experiencing cars devoid of electronic aids will find it tough. To control 800 horsepower relying just on arm muscles and foot sensitivity can turn out to be a dangerous exercise. Michael Schumacher

"Session is finished. Not very positive for our team, with 9th and 11th position and the gap from the front is very huge..."

We have to react against this kind of dual criteria of FIA.If they wanna play , I think that Ferrari could play...just a move, just one atitude , just protesting and not racing. If there is an inflexible regulations about breaches in the regulations for us then why not the same Inflexible regulations to others. Just because we are Ferrari?Just because our symbol is horse and not a bull??Why then? We must react immediatly against this dual criteria. We dont wanna to have a special treatment we just wanna fair game and this is not a fair game to us .that is my point
    Race victories 219
    Pole positions 205
    Fastest laps 225
Words of what???We are the F1!!!Any Doubts???

Charlie said it was clever, and, he had to "believe" it was not part of the flap controller to be included in the measurement.

And, have you changed now, I thought you said earlier that CW had to "prove" it, now you're saying it's up to us to protest and prove he's wrong?

Don't think he woulda made it into the 1.21's on hards, but if its true I guess the rest of the teams might as well pack up and head for Monaco .

Soft tyres obviously for the German and he ends the final practice session at Barcelona just 0.084s clear of team-mate Webber.

I can swear i saw yellow Pirelli stripes on it. And besides, him being faster then Webber on the hards, that take away 2 secs of your pace is rather unbeleavable.
