Porsche Supercup race at the moment. It stopped raining during the race and track is as good as dry now. Don't know about the forecast.

Actually the rain may be so light that we could easily have a situation where a dry racing line

These are the worst conditions for us - intermittent rain and cold temperatures - but we cannot do anything to change them!

if the worst is over in terms of weather i.e. light rain, then we can only be optimistic. The likes of sebastian vettel are extremely cautious in these conditions also, hence, he could not pass hamilton at silverstone. Alonso is excellent at exploring the track with each lap, thus, he disappeared in the midst in constantly changing conditions. With a drying track its all down to driver ability WHICH ALONSO HAS, HANDS DOWN. I have a funny feeling of a DNF from one of the RED BULLS, lets hope its the correct one lol :)

Why mclaren and redbulls have no problem to cope with rain conditions?.....and 2 years before we were also competitive in those conditions. They should stop making excuses....#italianpride!!

Cmon crew lets put this into perspective : the track does not suit our cars and the temp is to low and we are still up there... Think about it when the conditions are right we will fly!

Start/finish line, looks quite dry but it's told to start raining again.
Meanwhile, it either says something or just nothing that Alonso, Schumacher and Raikkonen have reputedly spared a F1 podium on five occasions and Fernando has stood on the top step on every occasion. He's F1's first among equals. (PG)

the FIA have let the teams change brake ducts and all that now, i think, as it is a wet race.

I think it could be an exciting race... more rain forecast for about 1.30pm uk time... so just as we're all heading to the grid!

What do guys think might happen on a dry start? Will VET go defensive on ALO or attack WEB? I gotva feeling ALO will b P1 into first corner as VET will try go for WEB and HAMster will go defensive on VET thus leaving ALO free to roam...

I hope not, but I'm worried about start, Hamilton in first corner will make blinder moves and Webbo+Lewis combination seems very dangerous, i don't want our drives to finish race after first corner.

Afternoon Ferrarista, hope I find you all well for this rather damp German GP!

I'm off to make a cup of tea before the race start, anyone want anything from the kitchen?
