At least we're constant over the last couple of years ... with starting racing in Europe we fall behind in development. Congratulations to the water heads organization in Maranello ... I can hear them happy singing "Blame it on the wind tunnel" (same melody like Blame it on the Boogie from the Jackson 5) ... and 'not guilty' from George Harrison

Is Luca still there or should we place bets when he will leave on Sunday?
"If I was driving for Red Bull [from 2008] probably I would have more championships, but because they were dominating between 2010 and 2014 probably I would never have driven for Ferrari. I am very happy and very proud to drive for Ferrari, all my time there.

Don't think luca will leave on Sunday, it's the main sponsors home race.

The new tune is "blame it on Stefano".

    I really hope so!

What I expected was 4 and 5 at high, Hamilton was really fast today, Rosberg too. Apparently Vettel has a problem with car, I'm not really sure if he hadn't problem, could gone for 3?! Maybe so...

It really should have been P7 and P8 if it weren't for Vettel's car failure.

We'll do extremely well to finish 3rd in the WCC by the end of the season. The reality of the situation is that the others are improving at a faster pace than us. This might be one of our worst years in recent times.

what on earth do we do of it?
Pit gantry maybe helpful when we need 0.1 or 0.05 seconds in a fierce WDC fight,
we are 2 seconds off,so it doesnt matter.
BTW what is it, some part of a roller coaster or what?

Who is the next on the black list from Luca? .
Great lap from Lewis ,Lotus have a good chassi...they slowly will come back...RB made a step forward, same from williams.Maybe massa was right with the comment he made yesterday .
Fernando is always realistic and he has lost faith in the team and he has no fire in his eyes .So the rumour that he will leave us is true...but kimi is doing a good job...

There's always Ferrari's customary quick start that hopefully will help us gain some places

But Ric will be strong tomorrow, he's in the right place to fight for podium without any traffic, so unless something bad happens, I think it's damage limitation for us, score as much points as we can.

Fantastic effort from our drivers, well done.

Absolutely pathetic effort from our aero guys & designers. Instead of catching up Mercedes, we are getting out developed by Lotus! Seems they did nothing during this 3 weeks.

A little advice to the team :

This is really quite mindblogging. With all our recruitments are resources we are now behind even a bankrupt Lotus which lost their lead designer and is falling apart. How is this sustained mediocrity for so many years possible? Is it really the front pull rod suspension?

I have heard that Fry is running away from barcelona because he fears luca will kill him with a harm of his stupid front suspension

Yep, we won't catch them. RBR have slight chance as they seem to be a bit closer (but again, this track could be the best one for them). This year is done. But the worst thing is, do we believe we can catch them next year? We have to basically build new engine and new car, as we have done both wrong, while Merc has a superb basis already.
Is there any light at the end of the tunnel?

yes it is over, but that is not what bothers me the most, I can not understand what is wrong with them!!!!!!

As Einstein said, Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results, and we have been doing this for 5 years now

I know. I just hope we could at least finish 2nd in the championship. It may not mean much, but that's the best we can get given how dominant Merc is.

I just fear that Renault's PU may be catching up while Ferrari still unable to improve.

Well the tunnel itself is where the fault is

But how do we build a new engine?

SO now we are the 5th fastest team and maybe even 6th if the Force India in the hands of Nico puts in some good race pace. 6 years in a row now, come on Ferrari!

Hope so mate, i mean our drivers are know to be good during race rather qualy but the gap is really enormous but i still believe in the team but it seems our progress is minimal compared to others or we focus on wrong parts...
I expect a good start from Fernando and Kimi.

About that: can anyone explain to me please, why are we still running these cooling outlets? Nobody else does it this way and it for sure is ruining the airflow at the back. Anyone?

The basic problem, it seems, is in the fundamental making of the car. Year after year we stick to a conservative approach, tinker around with some downgrades and when things don't work conveniently say we shift to next season. Those same set of excuses time and again clearly shows something is SERIOUSLY WRONG WITH THE TEAM FUNCTIONING. SD had his share of blame, but he cannot be blamed for all the ills.
Another team in the same boat is Mclaren. But I am sure they will surely see brighter side with Peter and Danny joining the team(assuming they win the case). But the bureaucratic Ferrari seems risk averse, least aggressive in approach.
