He didn't, but he wont come back. I know people who know Ross pretty well

Unless, its coming back to take over from Bernie.

Ross has been and is one of the most successful characters in F1. He had his own team and they won a WCC quicker than any other.

He has played the game to its optimal.

He will continue fishing for now

Wow, I liked Mattiacci, what on earth is going on.... I think a man like him will not have difficulty finding a job at another automobile manufacturer.... Marchionne seems ruthless however...

The European brand manager for Philip Morris, Arrivabene is a man with a wealth of paddock experience and an F1 contacts book to rival Bernie's. He also has a reputation for making Ecclestone and Jean Todt look like -cats, a results-driven hardline manager up to the task of returning the Scuderia to their winning ways.

The cherry on the cake? Arrivabene is well-respected in Turin, and has an excellent working relationship with the Agnelli family, two things that will afford him a certain level of protection from the meddling from above which has proved so toxic to Maranello in recent years.

I'm not certain that Sergio Marchione understands that the members of a F1 team are highly skilled individuals and that there must be a synergy from top to bottom. This is a team and not a Chrysler factory in Michigan.

Don't know what to think, but afraid for chaos..........I hope it will all turn out fine, but it's all looking very messy.
Mattiacci out can't have anything to do with Fernando leaving, because the moment Mattiacci came, Fernando had pretty much made up his mind already.
Unless Ferrari wanted Mattiacci to turn Fernando's decision around and Mattiacci failed in doing that.

If you really look into the lines of the statement that LdM gave, it held more than a few words in between.

LdM mentioned new era. A lot of people who knows LdM personally, would know what that means.

He spoke with pride with reference to his achievement and the new era... we see, we see.... to be honest, rather defiant and a little cynical.

My biggest hope is that MA has hanged around Ferrari for quite a lot of time now and has seen how the team was working when it was successful. Hopefully he has a clear vision what should be done to bring us back to the winning ways.

Tombazis is long overdue a boot on the back. He might be a good designer, but definitely will never be a great one. Time for other guys to fill the boot.

agree, he should have been fired times ago. will see, unfortunately we have so many problems that will take years to get back to the top where we belong to.

What experience though I wonder. As far as I know, Philip Morris are not in any way technically involved in auto racing.

That said, I highly doubt SM is going to put someone who will resist his meddling in the racing division. I mean, why put someone who will go against you.

FIAT will be understand in one day that the problems is not the team principals or the chairmans. It's much deeper than those.

cause Marchionne knows that we don't need tech capabilities as tech recovery is impossible, in this moment you need just people lobbying FIA and make rules change happen.

I really, really miss Luca. Now everybody will see that he was the right man to lead Ferrari. I don't trust Marchionne, thus far he has only caused even more confusion and chaos in Ferrari.
    KEEP CALM AND LOVE FERRARI
