Bottas is slightly overrated IMHO. If we are after a more experienced driver i would prefer the Hulk over him. Too bad with what happen with Jules, he was one of the most talented drivers on the grid.

I think Bottas has potential, in many races he's quite close to Massa's performance. When you consider Massa's ability and the fact that Massa is vastly more experience, I think he's doing quite a fine job. Even Massa himself said Bottas could be a champion some day.

I don't know if he's good enough for Ferrari of course, but he may still have room to improve.

Considering this is his 3rd season he is doing good. But yes I wonder what would be if Jules was here today

I just watched the re-run. I can't believe it, I'm lost for words. What a spectacular result and effort from the entire team. All down from Maranello to Vettel and everyone and everything in between. Who would have thought this was possible now, this early in the rebuilding process? This is just like lighting from a clear sky.

The things that finally seems to work is the strategy. Today was just perfect, just perfect. But it was great in Australia as well. So it was no fluke this time. It seems the entire pitwall is much more focused under Arrivabene. As for Kimi. After a difficult and unlucky qualifying and a puncture in the race he drove a great race. He scored the maximum for the team and WCC. The WCC is game on! There will come days when others have bad days and DNFs.

I've waited almost 6 years for this. Since Spa 2009. What a great way to finally be able to say - The Scuderia Ferrari is back!

Yep, I think he would have been a perfect candidate for Ferrari, a rising star from Ferrari's academy. Too bad the fateful accident took everything from him.

Well, what can i say? that was pure emotion, i was dancing around like i needed a wee for the last 10 laps. Talking to Tobes, thinking we may get 2nd, but then Hamilton pitted and his pace was nowhere, then i knew it was on. Yes, i will hold my hands i was crying after the hard 2014, this was a release, this was 12 months of hurt being lifted. Now, lets build on this, and take it to Merc. Our race pace, amazing, tyre deg, fantastic. Great work by everyone in team to get this. Take note Merc, we are coming. Kimi, so so unlucky again, but qualify that low down, things tend to go wrong. As Seb said on podium, iam getting ****** tonight.

Forza Ferrari! Great Race, game set and match! Mercedes was so suprised , when you see them on pit wall , priceless!
Hero Kimi ! Like a boss back from grid to 4th!

    Vettel exclent!

My point, on straghts when vettel passes Rosberg , that Ferrari Engine is pretty powerful! Wait nex engine development step!

Arivabenne is true leader of this team!

    Fantastic race!Super Strategy.Perfect pit stops.
One of the best Chassis/Engine combination from Ferrari in a long time.
Allison and Binotto together with all the people in Maranello have done a super job.
It was clear even in Melbourne that our car is better at keeping the tyres in the right ''Heat window''
The superhot Malaysian tarmac helped us a lot and was a big factor in today's success.
Only worry is will we have problems on colder tracks with getting heat into the tyres?

What a great result after such a long drought. Congratulations to Seb and the entire team. I was really not expecting this, and was just hoping Seb could stay in front of Nico.

I have to confess that I was disappointed when I heard Alonso was leaving and Vettel was joining our team, but I didn't say anything and decided to take a wait and see approach. I am glad I did, as I am now a confirmed Vettel fan. It does go to show you that winning four WDCs requires driving skill regardless of how good the car is.

Also, Kimi's drive was nothing short of amazing- I hope to see him on the top step of the podium this year.

What an amazing team comeback- Forza Ferrari!
    Cheers,
    Ray

ohh that such a great race, i didn't sleep but it was worth it!!! so emotional, i knew ferrari could pull this off since vettel got those med tyres and passed rosberg losing no time and got Lewis after that, out pace was great!! ferrari put a fight and won fair and square no need to DNF to get that victory!!!, if we can get this points , and have the bulletproof car we had last years we can dream on a WDC still too early but let's be positive!! forza ferrari!!!

That's all I want in a Ferrari driver, for them to look like it means something to them. They can make mistakes or not win but if they feel the same about Ferrari then I can forgive them anything.

Haven't been able to wipe the smile off my face all day. Love sebs attitude, same passion for Ferrari as I have. Amazing to see
Interviewer: “The helmet has a special meaning for many drivers. How important is it to you?”
    Kimi: “It protects my head.”

Well deserved, hard work gonna pay off ...
I posted yesterday, that we might win sooner than expected because we seem to have really the power to do so and do not need a DNF from Merc (despite this talk of long term plans ...)
I haven't expected it will be that soon ;)

and it seems it works better when I do not watch the race either ... ;)
"If I was driving for Red Bull [from 2008] probably I would have more championships, but because they were dominating between 2010 and 2014 probably I would never have driven for Ferrari. I am very happy and very proud to drive for Ferrari, all my time there.

yeah, those Merc adn Lewis fans....i've got a few of those at work that i'm gonnna have to face and RUB it in their face tomorrow....i CAN'T wait....

Ferrari is truly BACK...still NOT at the level of Merc yet, but here in Malaysia we did a WAY BETTER job then they did....

and those pit stops....my GOD, 2.4s.....that's what i'm talking about

Ferrari seems to be a WELL OILED machine on all fronts.....Forza Ferrari and keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!
So the SF-24 has been a decent car. Lets hope that the totally redesigned from the ground up SF-25 contender will be a beast that will give us tifosi something to smile about.

Wow. How good was it hear those 2 anthems together again! Was a bit emotional I must admit. Am so surprised how Ferrari have managed to turn things around from last year but so glad they are able to take the fight to Mercedes.
