i was expecting the pullrod to be back at the front because of the chassis regulation.
and look at the air intake at the top, the intake for the oil cooler at the rear has already gone, the side pods looks fine, the only thing that bothers me is the flow conditioners besides the sidepods.
Hell would have broken loose
If that is the final nose, I am sure it is like that for a reason. I mean what data do we have to deduce that this car is already an aerodynamic failure from these pictures?
I like the very innovative paint, will clearly capture light particles for added aero benefit #innovation #fresh #bla #extreme

As you say..everybody knows everything about airflow here.......i have faith in Rory...
Fernando Alonso says he wants to repeat Michael Schumacher’s feat of winning the world championship in his fifth season for Ferrari.
“I think Schumacher win in the fifth year with Ferrari. I’m in the fifth year now so hopefully I can repeat some of the success that he had,” said Alonso. Schumacher Schumacher joined Ferrari in 1996 and took until 2000 to win the title.
“Obviously in the last four years we had some opportunities, especially in 2010, 2012, we were very, very close to winning the championship,” Alonso added. “So this year we’ll try again and hopefully this time will be a good one.”
Alonso admitted the arrival of 2007 world champion Kimi Raikkonen makes for a strong line-up at the team this year.
“I think Kimi and me as a team we should be quite strong in the paper because we’ve had some success in the past in the Formula One career.
“But this you need to discover, every year we start from zero. If we do well we will have a very strong team, we can deliver some good results for Ferrari. If we don’t do good enough some other team will have another best pairing drivers. So it’s up to us to deliver and do a good job.”
“I think in 2014 the Formula One will change a lot with the new regulations,” he added. “That will take also some implications from the driving styles so definitely I’m looking forward to discover this new Formula One.”
Maybe we will see some kind of flexi nose trick from Ferrari.![]()
its like somebody was drawing the car from left to fight, accidentally slipped downwards and it somehow made it into production haha!

IF YOU CAN DREAM IT, YOU CAN DO IT - ENZO FERRARI
We wanted something strange, we got it i guess. Trust the team knows what they are doing.
So far the F14-T is the only car that looks like an evolution of last year's car![]()
OT:with the blown diffuser gone, do they still be raked?
Hell would have broken loose
And clearly someone at Ferrari is overly obsessed with having a high chassis even when it's impossible to feed air under it. And Rory Byrne ain't no aero-man, hopefully Allison sorts us out come Australia.

I like the 2013 color scheme better. Too much black at the rear section from the side photo. Need more red![]()
Smallest sidepod inlets of everyone rather noticably.
That's really the only disappointing part...it looks like an evolution rather than a fresh new idea from the ground up. I'll hold faith for the designers and team that they have designed a fast, race winning car. But for l those who think the nose will be changed come Australia, don't hold your breath. Ferrari are not into sandbagging and wasting time producing false wings. Just my opinion.
Forza Ferrari and all the best to a competitive season!
~FORZA FERRARI~
I disagree, the 3 teams come from behind and I need to change the philosophy, not redesign ensures you to be fast. Willams? what car .. only saw a drawing, Renault same. The Mclaren ... always seem new philosophy .. but they are slow as captain of top gear ... Come a little Forza!
::Richred:: signed in red!
com on guys just look at the back we r the tightest at the rear by miles and look at the radiator openings they are the smallest by miles this is a very tight packaged car by far
That may be the case. But this is just a pre recorded video and pictures, probably done days or weeks ago. Ferrari could not have anticipated what other teams will reveal, so perhaps they went the safest route.
But I do agree that they will not sandbag come actual testing. We'll probably see the real design next week.
